It uses the affirmation, "Every day, in every way, I am feeling better and better about myself". You are important, you matter, and you are invited to answer the call to give yourself great self-treatment and to honor and appreciate being you.

Welcome my friend and welcome yourself into this space where you turn towards yourself as a friend,
A friend who sees you,
Honours you and recognises and appreciates all you are and all you do,
All your efforts.
We don't always of course turn towards ourselves this way.
Our self-talk,
Our self-treatment and the way that we can tell ourselves we're not enough or the way we hold grudges against ourselves.
These things really don't feel good,
They don't feel comfortable,
They don't allow us to feel better.
Even though each of us really wants to feel good and we really value finding things that help us to feel better.
What if you were to tell yourself often that every day in every way you're feeling better and better about yourself?
What might that feel like?
How healing and rewarding would that be for you?
In this practice you'll affirm this feeling better about yourself into every cell of your body which will naturally heal and release any old harsh self-treatment even from way back.
Freeing up your head space and freeing up your heart space so that you can be present with yourself and life feeling peaceful,
Confident and capable.
You deserve to hear this from yourself a lot.
Every day you show up and you do your best throughout all life's twists and turns and bumps in the road.
And every day my friend you add a little something extra to the world.
You're important,
You matter and you're invited to honour and appreciate being you.
So when you're ready allow yourself to settle into any comfortable position where you can hang out with yourself for a little while.
Begin to take some deeper,
Longer,
Softer breaths.
Softening inwards and towards yourself.
Softly breathing into your chest.
Softly breathing into your belly.
A way of moving towards yourself and into your being with these deep,
Soft,
Long breaths.
Arriving in your body and in your space.
This space for you.
Softening towards the hug of the earth.
Feeling that stable,
Constant,
Solid support underneath you.
As a gentle reminder that you're supported exactly as you are.
Exactly as you are.
Right here.
Right now.
Needing to make no adjustments.
Not one.
There is support here and you're allowed to sink into that support and land.
And as you remember that,
Perhaps you now feel you can let go of a breath that you've been holding onto.
In a long sigh.
Maybe there are some breaths you've been holding for a while that you didn't even know about.
Now you can let that go.
Now you can let that go.
When we hold things against ourselves,
It can keep us in this breath holding.
Let that release now.
Any internal holding of grudges.
Letting out some long sighs.
Feeling your exhalation washing away those old inattentions.
Washing them through and out.
And any tight places in your body softening,
Melting,
Becoming lighter.
Melting any stress that might have accumulated around your heart.
Around your shoulders.
In your belly.
Letting that go so that now you can breathe freely in and out of your heart.
In any natural way.
In and out of your heart.
Amplifying the love there.
And the generosity.
And even taking your hands there if that brings you even closer.
And saying softly to yourself now.
Every day,
In every way,
I am feeling better and better about myself.
Transmitting these words and their energy into your being.
Affirming every day,
In every way,
I am feeling better and better about myself.
No matter what may be happening or going on around you or what you might meet.
Every day,
In every way,
I am feeling better and better about myself.
Not needing to change anything about yourself or make any adjustments or improvements.
This is about offering yourself a beautiful gaze of fairness and love and compassion.
Of fairness and love and compassion.
And honouring and celebration.
Every day,
In every way,
I am feeling better and better about myself.
Even in ways that might seem small.
In the little things that become the big things.
Every day,
In every way,
I am feeling better and better about myself.
Returning,
Coming home to the you that is a friend and an ally.
The you that sees you through the lens of fairness,
Compassion and honour.
Feeling yourself breathing in and out of your heart.
Feeling how when you breathe from your heart,
Energy and power flood through your body,
Validating you.
Validating you.
And noticing how your breath carries the words and their potent,
Healing,
Nourishing,
Intentional energy into all the corners of your body.
All the nooks and crannies.
How you can direct these words and their energy to different parts of you.
So now,
Breathing upwards from your heart,
Becoming aware of your mind.
Sending the message up to your mind and your thinking.
Every day,
In every way,
I am feeling better and better about myself.
Now sending the message down deep into your roots.
So breathing down into your belly and your roots.
With these words,
Every day,
In every way,

And now sending your breath and awareness and this declaration into your feet,
Planted firmly on the earth.
Every day,
In every way,
I am feeling better and better about myself.
Anchoring into this beautiful truth,
This wisdom.
So that wherever you move,
Wherever you go,
It comes with you.
Feeling it flowing into every part of you,
With a soft touch of your breath and your awareness.
As you're honouring every part of you,
Telling all your parts that you're feeling better and better about each part.
Even the ones you're still learning about.
Even the ones you're not sure of.
Even the ones you find it hard to love.
Every day,

As you breathe with yourself,
Letting this beautiful truth,
This powerful loving wisdom that you are offering,
Spread deep into every area.
Melting through the walls that may be there.
Dissolving barriers.

Absorbing and memorising these words you're sending.
These words you're sending.
That this intention is taking good care of you.
It is an energy now flowing in your body,
Taking good care of you.
Helping you to feel better and better in yourself and in your life.
These words are benefiting your growing and your learning.
Your wellness,
Your happiness,
Your whole being in life.
Every day you're feeling better and better about yourself.
Pause for a minute to acknowledge privately in yourself how that feels.
What does that mean to you?
Where will it take you?
What will it make possible for you?
How do you express yourself when you're feeling good about yourself?
Feeling what comes with openness and curiosity.
And saying one more time,

And being so glad of that.
