The way you treat yourself is your superpower and the first step is to bring awareness to when you may be falling out of alignment with yourself.
And the second is to take a corrective path.
So by making this choice,
You're doing something very powerful and very loving.

Take a deep breath in and out.
Let everything settle to the ground,
The support you're on.
And you can bring awareness to how you're feeling about yourself and what you might be thinking what's on your mind about yourself right now.
Noticing any negative self-talk or self-judgment,
But not buying into it.
As you take another deep breath in and out,
Set an intention right now to choose the path of compassion.
Every moment is a new moment.
With your steady breath,
Repeat these affirmations,
These truths,
Allowing each one to sink in fully.
I revoke all self-criticism and negative judgment.
I love and approve of myself just the way I am.
I choose to step away from the stories and beliefs that hold me back from who I truly am.
I turn towards myself with love and care.
You might place a hand on your heart,
The other hand on your belly.
Feel the intimacy of your own breathing,
Constant and supplying you with all you need,
Nothing to have to earn or prove here.
Life floods into you and supports you with every breath.

I offer compassion to the parts of me that feel belittled or shut down.
