Sensitive soul, You know the truth inside of you. You have found your truth. You know all the love inside of you. You live in love. When you have found your truth and are flowing with love, There is nothing else you need to find. Just settle in and relax now. Let your body give its whole weight to the ground. Feel how the earth protects and supports you. Release completely. Breathe deep breaths from the wide open space around you. Feel the rays of light, The gaze of the universe and all its benevolent forces shining down on you, Well pleased with you, Honouring you and cherishing you for all you are and all you do. Let your heart grow with every breath and feel the golden flow of love filling your being, Sensitising your skin so you can feel your own aura shining. Love is living through you. When you open your eyes, It is love opening its eyes. When you open your mouth to speak, It is love opening its voice. When you are moving in the world, It is love moving in the world. And when you are holding life in any way, You are holding it with love. Whatever you are doing is being done by love. You are moving, It is love. You are speaking, It is love. You are resting, You are resting in love.
