Welcome to this morning manifestation meditation journey.
Sit or lay down comfortably and whenever you're ready close your eyes.
Let's begin with a few deep breaths at your own pace.
When you inhale breathe in the fresh energy of the morning.
And when you exhale breathe out anything you want to let go of,
Of the night or the days before.
This morning let's focus on your intention for today.
How would you like to feel today?
We often focus on our to-do list but today I would like you to focus on your to-be list instead.
Who would you like to be today?
Tune into this person.
How do you feel?
And once you tune into this feeling now let's focus on what your ideal day would look like.
If everything would go right today what is going to happen?
Start from the moment that you end this meditation and go through your day.
Imagine each hour.
What are you doing?
And if everything would go well how would that go?
And most of all how do you feel?
Go through your ideal day hour per hour.
Go through your morning.
And then move on to the rest of your day.
Your afternoon.
How do you feel?
What is happening in your perfect ideal day?
And then move on to your evening.
A beautiful closure of your ideal day.
And looking back on that day how would you like to feel?
Feel that feeling of abundance throughout your whole body.
We may not always have control over what happens throughout our day.
But we can start with our intention in the morning.
And have a great start.
Then whatever happens we have this feeling that we started with.
And that can help us throughout the rest of the day.
So focus on that feeling now.
Perhaps it's a feeling of abundance or of happiness,
Inner peace or calmness,
Or excitement for the day.
Whatever it is for you,
Focus on that feeling.
And expand it throughout your whole body.
Really feel it from your toes all the way through your body to the top of your head.
And then move on to your evening.
Your toes all the way through your body to the top of your head.
Feel how your whole body is filled with this feeling of bliss.
And how this feeling becomes even bigger than yourself.
Remember this moment.
Throughout your day.
This will help you to manifest whatever you want to happen today.
It all starts with this moment.
Aligning yourself with your desires.
Getting yourself into the highest frequencies.
Energizing yourself for your day.
Whatever happens today,
You are ready for it.
You got this.
It's going to be beautiful in whatever way.
Take a few more deep breaths while you still enjoy this beautiful feeling.
And after these few breaths,
I will guide you slowly out of this meditation by counting from 5 to 1.
And when we get to 1,
You will be fully awake,
Feeling excited and energized for your day.

3,
You're slowly waking up.
Move your toes and your fingers and your hands.
2,
You're getting ready.
3,
And 1,
Open your eyes,
Feeling awake,
Feeling energized,
Feeling excited and ready for your day.
