In this course, you’ll reconnect with your inner strength by learning how to access a felt sense of safety, stability, and support within your body—even during times of uncertainty or change. You’ll gently integrate shadow parts with compassion, meeting the aspects of yourself you may usually judge or avoid, and reclaiming the energy and wisdom they hold. You’ll also embody inner leadership by integrating strength and compassion, allowing you to show up in your life with greater clarity, trust, and presence. Each day includes a short teaching to deepen your understanding of the practice, a guided meditation to support embodiment and transformation, and a reflective journaling prompt to help integrate the experience. By the end of the course, you may feel stronger, more rooted, and more connected to yourself, with practical inner tools you can return to whenever you need support, clarity, or strength.

Veerle Beelen Da Costa David is a certified travel coach, life coach and meditation teacher. With years of experience supporting individuals through major life transitions - such as career changes and international moves - Veerle helps people navigate uncertainty, reconnect with their inner clarity, and align with their authentic path. Through gentle teaching, guided meditation, and reflection, you’ll learn how your inner warrior creates safety and integration. This allows you to reclaim energy, insight, and a deeper sense of inner leadership.

Through gentle teaching, guided meditation, and reflection, this session supports you in trusting yourself more fully and showing up with clarity, authenticity, and self-leadership.
