Welcome to this guided meditation.
Find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Bring your focus to your breath.
Feel the cool air as you breathe in and the warmth as you breathe out.
And take a moment to simply be here.
Present in this moment.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention to your body.
Start at your feet,
Feeling them relax and soften.
Slowly move up to your legs,
Your hips,
Your abdomen,
Your chest.
Allow each part of your body to release any tension.
Now move your awareness to your back,
Your shoulders,
Your arms.
Your hands.
Now move to your neck,
Your face,
And the top of your head.
Feel a wave of relaxation wash over you from head to toe.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful open space.
This is a place where you feel completely safe and grounded.
As you look around,
You see a figure approaching.
This figure is powerful,
Strong,
And radiant with confidence.
This is your inner warrior.
You see your inner warrior approaching.
And as your inner warrior comes closer,
You notice the strength and resilience in its presence.
This is a part of you.
It embodies all the courage and confidence you need.
Your inner warrior comes closer,
Reaches out,
And places a hand on your heart.
Feel a surge of energy flowing into you,
Filling you with strength and confidence.
This energy spreads throughout your whole body,
Igniting every cell with a powerful glowing light.
Take a moment to embark in this light and repeat silently to yourself,
I am strong.
I am confident.
I am resilient.
Feel how these words resonate deep within you,
Anchoring the inner warrior within yourself.
Now visualize your inner warrior stepping back and merging into you,
Becoming one with you.
Feel their strength curving in.
Feel their strength,
Courage,
And resilience now as a part of who you are.
You are the warrior.
Imagine how you face challenges with unlimited confidence.
See yourself overcoming obstacles,
Knowing that you have the power to overcome them.
You have the power and strength within you to rise above any situation.
You are capable.
You are powerful.
You are resilient.
Whenever you face an obstacle,
Remember that you carry this inner warrior within you and know that you can tap into this power whenever you need it.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Take a few deep grounding breaths and feel the strength and confidence still pulsing within you.
Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes and bring some movement back into your body.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to sit quietly and still feel the strength and resilience you have connected with during this meditation.
