Welcome to this morning meditation in which you give yourself just a few moments to start your day with a moment for yourself,
With calm and inner peace.
So let's get started.
Whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes and take a couple of breaths.
We start with a deep inhale,
Hold,
And exhale.
Repeat this for a couple of times at your own pace.
Now focus on the ground beneath your feet.
On the ground beneath your feet.
Feel as if there are roots coming out of your feet into the ground like a tree,
Firmly grounding you into the earth.
This will be your anchor for the rest of your day.
And now imagine that there's a light going from the top of your head high into the sky,
A golden light.
This connects you with the universe.
This is your source of inspiration and creativity for the rest of your day.
And while you're connected to the ground and the sky,
You find yourself in the middle,
Completely balanced and centered.
This is the perfect place for you to make things happen today.
Whatever it is,
Maybe it is something big,
Perhaps it's a small thing,
It doesn't matter.
Just think about your intention for today.
What would you like your day to look like?
Place your hands on your heart and really tune into this feeling of what your perfect day would look like today.
Focus on how you would like to feel.
It's not about your to-do list,
But focus on your to-be list.
Who would you like to be today?
And how would you like to feel?
When you tune into this feeling,
You will be able to see what you would like to do today.
When you tune into this feeling,
Drop your shoulders,
Relax your forehead,
Put a smile on your face,
And just take a nice deep breath in and out.
You are ready for today.
And slowly open your eyes.
