Take a moment to find a comfortable position.
Whether you're sitting or standing or laying down,
Allow yourself to settle into this space.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Let's take three deep breaths together.
Inhale deeply and feel the air filling your lungs and then exhale,
Releasing any tension.
Again,
Breathe in and feel the energy of a new day and exhale,
Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.
One more time,
Inhale,
Feel yourself becoming lighter and more present and exhale,
Grounding into this moment.
Now bring your awareness to the day ahead.
See it unfolding for you with ease,
Clarity and confidence.
You are in control of your energy today.
You are open to opportunities.
You move through your day with purpose and ease.
Silently or out loud,
Repeat these words after me.
I welcome this new day with an open heart and a clear mind.
I have everything I need within me to succeed.
I choose to move with confidence,
Ease and joy.
I trust myself to handle whatever comes my way.
Now picture yourself stepping into your day with a strong steady energy.
