Good morning.
Welcome to this meditation and welcome to this new day.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Feel the energy of the morning around you.
The stillness,
The possibility,
The fresh start.
As you breathe,
Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment.
Let go of the past.
Let go of the future.
Right now,
All that matters is this breath,
This presence,
This beginning.
Gently bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
Imagine strong roots growing into the earth,
Anchoring you and supporting you.
Feel the earth's steady energy rising up,
Filling you with stability and strength.
Now shift your attention to the top of your head.
Visualize a warm golden light pouring down from above,
Washing over you like morning sunlight.
Let this light move gently through your body,
Filling every cell with clarity,
Ease,
And possibility.
Now take a moment to notice any thoughts,
Worries,
Or beliefs that might cloud your mind.
Anything that could weigh you down today.
Imagine each worry forming into a cloud in front of you.
It's not a part of you.
It's just passing through.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Gently blow this cloud away.
Watch as it drifts higher and higher.
Dissolving into the open sky.
Now bring up another limiting belief.
Perhaps a fear,
A doubt,
Or an old habit of overthinking.
See it forming as another cloud.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release it.
Watch it float away,
Disappearing into the sky.
One more time.
Bring up any lingering tension,
Any remaining heaviness that you may feel.
Acknowledge it and then let it go.
Blow it away.
Feel it dissolving.
And feel lighter,
Freer,
And clearer.
Now shift your focus inward.
Feel the space you have created within yourself.
An open,
Expansive,
Limitless space.
Place one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly.
Breathe deeply into this space,
Feeling the warmth and energy of your own presence.
Now visualize yourself moving through your day with ease,
Confidence,
And clarity.
See yourself speaking with confidence,
Making aligned decisions,
Embracing opportunities with an open heart.
As you inhale,
Breathe in certainty.
As you exhale,
Release doubt.
As you inhale,
Breathe in trust.
As you exhale,
Release hesitation.
As you inhale,
Breathe in presence.
As you exhale,
Release distraction.
Feel yourself stepping fully into this version of you.
The one who moves through life.
The one who moves through life with trust,
Flow,
And ease.
Take a final deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Smile gently to yourself.
You are ready for the day.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.
And gently move your fingers and your toes.
And whenever you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Remember to move forward with trust,
With clarity,
And as the limitless,
Powerful being that you are.
Everything you need is already within you.
