Welcome to this short morning meditation in which you will find your flow to start your day.

Get comfortable and focus on a point in your room.

Soften your gaze and take a deep breath in.

And when you exhale slowly close your eyes.

Focus on how you're feeling in this moment and allow your body to relax.

If you feel any tension in your body,

Just take another deep breath.

Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment.

This is your moment in which you don't have to think about anything else.

You can leave behind worries from the past or the future and just be in this present moment right now.

Now I would like to ask you something and you can answer this question in your mind and just see what shows up.

The question is what is your intention for today?

What is your intention for today?

And when you notice what shows up,

Imagine how you would like your day to unfold in the most ideal scenario.

Focus on that feeling if everything would go well today and bring that feeling into the present moment right now.

Let that feeling fill up your whole body and give you the inner strength for the rest of your day.

Take another deep breath in and when you exhale let go of any worries that may still be left.

We're going to take another deep breath together and then afterwards you can open your eyes and get ready for your day.

So let's breathe in and breathe out.

Open your eyes.

I wish you a wonderful day ahead and may your intention for today come true in an even better way than you have imagined.
