And whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Begin by taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your breath to find a natural,
Calming rhythm.
Feel the weight of your body sinking into the bed or chair and let go of any tension.
Now let's bring your attention to the events of today.
Think back to the moments that stood out.
Maybe it was a conversation,
A task you completed,
Or a simple joy.
As you recall these moments,
Notice any feelings that arise.
Allow yourself to fully experience these emotions,
Whether they are positive or challenging.
They are all part of your unique journey.
Now let's shift your focus to gratitude.
Think of three things from today that you are grateful for.
They don't have to be big things,
Even small moments of joy and peace count.
Maybe it was the warmth of the sun on your face,
Or a kind word from a friend,
Or the taste of a great meal.
Whatever comes to mind,
Hold these moments in your heart and say silently to yourself,
Thank you.
Feel the warmth of gratitude spreading through your body.
Let it bring you a sense of peace.
Now take a moment to reflect on one thing you did well today.
It could be an accomplishment or simply taking time for yourself.
Acknowledge your efforts and give yourself credit.
Breathe in deeply and when you breathe out,
Say to yourself,
I did my best today and that is enough.
Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow any remaining thoughts or worries to drift away.
Imagine them floating like clouds far out of your reach.
This is your time to rest and recharge.
Take another deep breath in and when you exhale,
Feel a sense of calm and relaxation spreading through your entire body.
Know that you are safe.
You are loved and you are enough.
Take one more deep breath in and slowly exhale whenever you're ready.
Allow yourself to get into a state of full relaxation and get ready for a peaceful night of sleep.
