Welcome to this guided meditation.
Just take a moment to arrive,
Just as you are.
And wherever you are,
Sitting at your desk,
Resting on the couch,
Sitting on the ground,
Or laying down,
Give yourself permission to pause.
Let this be a space where you don't have to do anything.
Just be.
I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale softly through your mouth.
And again,
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
With each breath,
Feel your body begin to soften.
Let your shoulders relax.
Relax your jaw.
Release the tension you may not even have noticed until now.
And let your breath guide you home,
Home back into your body,
Back into your presence.
This moment is enough.
This moment is all you need right now.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Whether your feet are touching the floor or not,
Connect with that sense of feeling held,
Of feeling supported and grounded.
And let your breathing just move gently,
Like a wave in the ocean.
Inhale and arrive here in this moment.
And exhale while letting go.
Now I invite you to bring your attention to your heart.
If you'd like,
You can place a hand over your chest,
If that feels good.
And just feel the rhythm and the quiet presence of your inner self.
Breathe into that space.
Imagine a soft light glowing there.
It's a calm,
Loving and clear light.
This light is always with you,
Even in the noise or the chaos of our daily life.
Now let this light expand gently.
There's no need to force anything.
Just allow this light to grow with every breath you take.
And feel how this light fills your chest and your belly and your whole body.
You don't need to have all the answers right now.
You don't need to be anyone else.
You are already enough and exactly where you need to be right now.
Take a moment to rest into this inner truth.
And while you tune into that stillness within yourself,
Ask yourself,
What would my higher self want me to remember right now?
What would my higher self want me to remember?
What would my higher self want me to remember right now?
And notice what shows up.
Maybe it's a word,
A sentence,
Or perhaps it's a feeling.
Maybe it's peace or patience or trust.
Maybe it's an image.
Whatever shows up,
Just breathe into it.
And now,
While feeling present,
Repeat softly in your mind,
I am grounded.
I am guided.
I am connected to something greater.
I return to myself with every breath.
Just allow a few moments of quiet here.
Just breathing and just being and let this energy settle.
And whenever you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch your body if you feel like it.
Take a deep breath in and a full breath out.
Carry this feeling of presence and stillness with you.
Remember that you can return to it at any time.
Just take a deep breath to start with.
And slowly,
Whenever it feels good for you,
Open your eyes and come back to the room.
Remember that you are supported.
You are connected and you are guided.
