Take a gentle moment to cultivate kindness, compassion, and connection. In this short loving kindness meditation, you are invited to bring to mind someone who makes you smile, someone whose presence brings warmth, comfort, or joy. Using traditional Buddhist Metta phrases, we begin by offering wishes of well-being, happiness, and health to another, before gently turning that same kindness towards ourselves. This practice can help nurture self-compassion, emotional well-being, gratitude, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others.
