I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying.
Softening any tension in your jaw.
Letting any weight in the shoulders.
Relax.
And if it feels good for you,
Gently close the eyes or take your gaze to a fixed point.
Becoming aware of your breath.
Noticing the inhale and the exhale.
Deepening the breath.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
With each breath,
Carrying away any tension or worries.
Letting it all go.
These next five minutes are going to set you up for an incredible day.
Enjoying these five minutes,
You might notice some chatter in your mind.
That's perfectly okay.
It's natural for thoughts to come and go.
And when they do,
Simply guide your focus back to my words and your breath.
Thinking now back to a happy memory of your life.
Take yourself back to that moment now.
Notice what you could hear.
What you could see.
And what did you feel?
Connect to that happy memory now.
And allow the feelings that you felt at that time to bubble up into your heart center.
And as you feel this energy flowing,
Allow it to expand out through the whole of the body.
Spreading down the body all the way to the tips of the toes and all the way back up the body to the crown of the head and down to the tips of the fingers.
Allow this happiness to fill the whole of the body.
Buzzing,
Vibrating.
And now begin to spread this energy through your future day.
Imagine this same energy flowing out and filling up each hour for the rest of the day.
Noticing where your mind has gone and with kindness return to my words.
There are several things that make up an amazing day and one of them is inspiration.
Feel and allow ideas and creativity to flow through you naturally.
As you continue your day.
Another is ease in productivity.
See yourself completing your tasks effortlessly,
One by one,
With grace and ease.
Gratitude and joyful appreciation also make up an amazing day.
And as you embrace these feelings of happiness within,
Allow these to be felt within your day.
Noticing what you're grateful for each hour and you focus on gratitude.
Life seems brighter.
Your mood improves.

Set the intention to be joyful.
Notice how the intention feels in your body,
In your mind.
And give yourself permission to feel all these beautiful sensations that you have generated.
