Remember to love yourself.

Just to soothe.
Just to relax.
Let's come back to this moment.
If you've been feeling stress,
Anxious,
Worried,
Experiencing insecurities,
Boredom,
Or perhaps even joyfulness,
Peacefulness,
Playfulness,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend.
Becoming aware of how you're sad.
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like.
Close the eyes or keep them open,
Whatever you like.
Beginning to witness and welcome your inner world.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Opening the chest,
Opening the heart space.
Relaxing the jaw,
The hands and the feet.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale old life,
Old energy.
Breathing in.
It's a new day,
New opportunities to heal.
Breathing in forgiveness.
And exhale compassion.
Breathing in trust.
Breathing in harmonious energy.
And exhale feeling yourself more grounded,
More centered,
More alive.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
And letting go of thoughts.
Coming back into awareness.
Awareness,
Aware of awareness.
As you're breathing.
Breathing into the heart space.
And exhale opening the heart.
Softening.
The color for today.
Is white.
The number.

And remember to love yourself.
It's not as simple as always just saying,
I love you.
But sometimes it can be that simple as well.
To shift the dialogue from the inner critic to the inner lover,
The inner friend,
The inner supporter.
To see how your dialogue is moving in the mind.
It's possible through this meditation,
Through practice,
You can cultivate the awareness to see when your mind is being very critical.
It's being very sharp,
Like a knife.
And you can soften it.
And you can use it.
Instead of being berated by it.
I know my mind can oftentimes just need some consoling.
Like a little child.
Sometimes you can say,
Hey,
It's okay.
I got you.
Everything's going to be alright.
Learn to speak to yourself in a loving way.
And see how that can transform the inner world.
And with that,
