About Lindsay Lindsay is a trained group facilitator, certified meditation teacher, postpartum doula, and a student at Unity Spiritual Institute specializing in Youth and Family Services. She is passionate about empowering families—especially during times of transition—to connect, grow, and create nurturing home environments where positive bonds form and children thrive. She connects with individuals and families through her Meditations & Life Recipes podcast, workshops, coaching, and books, including Peaceful Mama and her upcoming title The Nurture Method (Bloomsbury Publishing, August 2025). Lindsay serves as Community Director at Unity Spiritual Center in Oak Park, IL, where she regularly speaks, teaches classes, facilitates groups, and leads spiritual and family enrichment experiences both on-site and throughout the Oak Park community. She’s also a wife and mother of three, always up for her next adventure—whether on a trail, in the garden, or planning the family’s next camping trip.
