Meditation 120 Relax How often do we forget to just relax?
To allow ourselves to be at ease?
So much of our day is full.
Going on to the next thing.
Scheduling.
What if we took this time to simply be?
Knowing that time in the stillness,
Time in relaxation of our mind,
Body,
Soul and spirit fuels us.
And gives us what we need to show up as our highest and best.
As we were created to be.
So let us set the intention now to relax.
To simply be for these next few moments in a quiet,
Calming and relaxing meditation.
To center and still you.
To show up as your highest and best for whatever the day holds.
With that intention,
Let us now relax our bodies.
Find a comfortable position.
Whether that be sitting,
Laying down or even walking mindfully.
Allow yourself to simply be.
Begin by noticing your breath.
Take a nice deep breath in.
And release out.
Another slow breath in.
And slow exhale out.
Notice how our breath is our anchor.
Our source.
Reminding us to return to present.
Reminding us to trust that in this moment all is well.
We have everything we need to be who we were created to be.
And with this pause,
With this stillness,
We return back to power.
Back to source.
Back to center.
Where we are guided,
Supported and at ease.
Knowing that whatever is coming,
We can handle.
You can handle.
All is well.
Let us focus our attention now on the top of our head.
Breathing ease into our head,
The crown of our head.
Into our brain and mind.
Knowing all the powerful imagination and functions of our brain.
That work without us even having to do a thing.
We allow our mind now to be at ease knowing that all is well.
Breathing in peace with our gentle awareness at the top of our head.
We feel that light.
That energy from source filling us and fueling us.
Bringing our attention now to the facial features.
Letting our eyes soften.
Our mouth either relax or even form a smile.
Breathing in through your nose.
You now let your neck and shoulders relax.
You let your arms,
Your elbows.
Allow your fingers and hands to simply be at ease.
As you bring a gentle awareness there,
You may notice that energy at the tips of your fingers.
Knowing that this energy is fueling within you.
Every cell of your body in flow and at ease.
Bringing a gentle awareness to your lungs,
Your chest.
Knowing all the important organs inside that are flowing,
Pumping.
And moving in perfect pattern so that you can be.
And show up as the perfect being that you are.
Bringing attention now to our stomach,
The abdominal region.
Noticing that gentle feeling of breath with each inhale and exhale.
Allow that ease to move into your pelvic region,
Your thighs and knees.
All the way down to your calves,
Ankles.
The soles of your feet and the tips of your toes.
Breathing in that stillness,
That ease.
Let it be easy.
Allow yourself that stillness.
Knowing that your breath,
Your cleansing breath,
Is fueling,
Filling,
Rejuvenating you without you having to do a thing.
Breathing in that ease and comfort.
Taking a moment now to exhale anything out that doesn't serve you now.
Any tension in your body.
Any worries that are coming to mind.
Breathe into that knowing,
Trusting,
With faith and love.
All is well.
All is well.
We release it into the universe.
Any thoughts or worries that are coming up,
Causing you to feel a little tense,
A little uneasy.
Maybe that voice is coming through telling you you're not doing it quite right.
Challenging you.
If you're focusing on a hurried thought like that,
Notice it.
Allow.
And return back to stillness.
Back to the presence.
The here and now.
Where all is well.
As we center our bodies and calm our bodies,
We know that we're reconnecting back to source.
Back to heart center.
Knowing that from this place,
We are in truth.
We are our essence showing up.
Who we were created to be.
And from this place,
It is felt by others.
That presence.
That energy of light and love that you are.
Taking this time in the stillness and meditation allows you to return to that.
To trust.
To simply be at ease.
As Myrtle Fillmore says,
There is no discord in my being.
Being is ease.
There is no discord in my being.
Being is peace.
There is no discord in my being.
Is love.
We enter the stillness now into the quiet.
Affirming those words.
There is no discord in my being.
Being is ease.

Being is love.
I choose love.
Breathing into that peace and love,

To get centered.
Knowing that you can take that ease,
That presence and that love into the day.

You were created to love.
To be loved.
And to let it be easy.
So let us bring some awareness back to this space.
Back to your body.
Back to your surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
Roll your shoulders.
As you let a smile grace your face and open your eyes.
You know and trust that all is well.
