Rumi says " ​​Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray." This meditation will help your body and mind calm so you get in alignment with heart and take steps in alignment to all the good that is waiting for you. Affirmations that you will be guided to listen to: - I am one with overflowing warmth, peace, love and ease. - I am not defined by my past pain and hurts - I release them now. - I forgive those who have hurt me - only hurt people hurt. - I choose love this moment - love, peace, understanding begins with me now. - I am worthy of this life that is filled with abundance and love - it’s here now. - I use my breath moment by moment to focus my attention on the good that is and to trust and create more good - the choice is mine. Welcome to the Midweek Boost with meditation and life recipes to live truth,

Be present,

And grow through life.

Now,

Let's breathe in,

This is a guided meditation to let go of anything you're holding onto that is creating disaccord,

Strife,

Or heaviness in your life,

So you can be free to who you are made to be.

If you're holding onto anything that is that heavy,

You're missing out on the love and possibility that you were made for.

So I invite you now to find a comfortable position.

Straighten your spine,

Close your eyes,

And begin to focus on your breath.

Do so by taking a few deep breaths in.

As you begin to focus on your breath,

You may notice thoughts coming and going.

Some of those thoughts may tell you you're doing it wrong,

May have you thinking about what happened earlier today or what might be happening later.

Allow them to be,

And just release.

Release everything,

Knowing that it only exists in your head.

You allow the thoughts to come and go without push or pull.

And just release.

As you focus on your breath,

You allow that breath to fill each cell of your body,

To rejuvenate you,

To heal you.

Breath is healing,

So just allow that breath to move through your body,

All the way from the tips of your toes to your fingertips,

All the way to the crown of your head,

The soles of your feet to the crown of your head.

Begin to notice where you may be feeling any rigidness,

If you're bound in any place,

Feeling tension or holding old energy.

Notice any areas,

And as you bring a gentle awareness to that space and breathe into it,

You allow yourself to release it.

You're not meant to be heavy,

To feel rigid,

To feel bound.

So you notice and you allow it to be gentle,

A gentle ease,

And know that you holding on to that hurt,

Holding on to that thought that doesn't serve you,

It hurts nobody but yourself.

It only exists inside you.

You can trust that it was created for some reason to serve you,

To help you,

But you can release it now,

For it doesn't serve you anymore.

Those memories,

You can release them out.

Let it go.

You return to your wholeness as you release all that energy that doesn't serve you.

When hurt happens and we don't fully understand it,

We sometimes hold on to it,

Thinking that it is us,

But you're not your hurts.

You're not the mistreatments that you endured or the struggles that you faced.

You're so much more than that,

And you can release it now,

Knowing and trusting you did the best you could with the tools you had.

There's meaning.

Maybe we don't fully understand it yet,

But you can release it out,

Knowing that all the experiences that you have had has made you into who you are,

And know that with those experiences,

You can contribute to the lives of others.

Within you is everything you need to be who you were made to be,

But you must release what doesn't serve you anymore so that you're open and you feel that wholeness that you are.

You are made worthy,

Whole,

And complete.

You are worthy,

Whole,

And complete as you are.

All that has happened is happening for you.

We can shed off the old spuff,

And there you are.

You are love.

You are wholeness.

You are complete.

More that you can release off that old stuff that you've piled on,

That served you in some way but doesn't need to be there anymore.

You make way for the energy of light and love to move through you.

You are in flow with that wheel of life.

Each of the energy points within your body is in alignment to it,

But you may need to shed off some of the old energy that doesn't serve you.

You don't need it anymore.

You can let it go.

Showing up from that place of heaviness,

From that negative energy,

Is no way to be.

You have all you need to show up differently,

To choose love now,

To make a different choice,

And trust and believe.

You get to start fresh this moment.

With each breath,

You get to start fresh.

We don't know how many moments we have,

But we have this one.

If this was the last one,

Who would you be with?

What would you say?

What would you be doing?

We have this moment.

We think we have so much time,

But let's look at this moment now and do all that is ours to do.

Letting go of what doesn't serve us so we can show up and be here now with all that we are made to be.

Love,

Trust,

Understanding.

Feel the ease of that letting go,

Of trusting,

And focus your attention on heart center,

Knowing that you can extend grace to yourself or to another.

Grace is your gift.

It allows you to forgive and be forgiven.

You are not meant to be bound or anchored.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

You are meant to be free.

Let go of what doesn't serve you.

Let yourself be drawn by that pull of love.

It will not lead you astray.

I'll give you six affirmations now that I invite you to listen to,

Hold into your heart,

And even repeat them back to yourself.

These affirmations will help you tune into what you are,

Tune into that pull of love that is your essence and that will not lead you astray.

Breathe into heart center and let these words be your own.

I am one with overflowing warmth,

Peace,

Love,

And ease.

I am not defined by my past pain or hurts.

I release them now.

I forgive those who have hurt me.

Only hurt people hurt.

I choose love this moment.

Love,

Peace,

Understanding begins with me now.

I choose to see love in this moment for love,

Peace,

I am worthy of a life filled with abundance.

I use my breath moment by moment to be present,

To focus my attention on the good that is,

And to create more goodness.

The choice is mine.

On the good that is all around me,

And to create more good.

As you allow these affirmations to soak in and fill you up with the love that you are,

You know you can step out.

You can be free of all that doesn't serve you and be one with love and light,

Understanding,

Peace,

All that you need to show up.

Be who you are here to be.

Do what you are here to do and be the light and love that another needs.

As you serve,

As you give,

More and more comes back to you with greater abundance and greater flow.

With that,

You begin to bring your attention back to this space.

Invite a little movement in your body by rolling your shoulders,

Moving your fingertips and toes,

And open your eyes.

With that greater possibility,

With an awakened heart,

You do what is yours to do.
