Meditation is your time to reorient, realign to your divine. As you focus your attention on your breath, you notice what you are feeling in your body, the thoughts you are thinking. As your focus your awareness on different places in your body, sending light and love through your gentle attention, you create some space. Through this spaciousness, you notice what you are, beyond the thoughts, beyond the sensations in your body. This helps bring ease, flow along with detachment and release of all that doesn't serve you. Ahhh there you are. Your true, divine self. That is love and light of possibility. Allow this guided meditation to bring you ease. As you connect within you open to your divine potential. You are able to show up in your relationships, work, and life with love, possibility, and ease. This energy will be felt by those around you and ripple into greater wellbeing and fulfillment. Let’s get there now with this guided meditation to connect to your true, divine self.

Welcome to the Midweek Boost with meditation and life recipes to live truth,

Be present,

And grow through life.

Now,

Let's breathe in,

Love out,

And let go.

Life Recipe 94.

Meditation is your time to reorient,

Realign to your divine self.

As you focus your attention on your breath,

You begin to notice what you're feeling in your body,

The thoughts that you're thinking,

And with this noticing,

You create some space.

In that space,

You can see that you're more than your thoughts.

You're more than the sensations in your body.

As you take off some of that that's on the top,

You see there you are,

Your true divine self that is light and love and full of possibility,

Knowing that you're in the world,

Not of it,

A spiritual being having a beautiful,

Magical human experience.

It may not feel that way all the time,

And that's okay.

Part of our experience is to grow ourselves through what's coming up,

But who's to say that that growth,

That challenge,

That seemingly insurmountable task isn't beautiful?

It's helping in your unfoldment of your divine self,

And meditation is your practice,

Your practice to return to what you are,

Your true divine self.

With your breath,

You are in flow with life,

With healing,

With ease,

And with all the powers you need to show up and do what is yours to do and be your higher self.

Let me guide you now in a meditation to return to your higher divine self.

So take a moment now to breathe in deeply.

Allow yourself to situate into a comfortable position.

Straighten your spine,

Firmly plant your feet,

Close your eyes or keep them open by finding an anchoring point within your space to focus on.

As you take in a few more deep breaths,

Just begin to notice that feeling of your breath moving through your body.

Notice,

Allow,

And as you begin to quiet your mind,

Relax your body,

You may see that it's just your breath that's moving through you,

The only thing,

And there's a natural flow.

There's an ease to it.

And you may allow that breath,

That ease to help you feel at ease as well.

Begin to notice your feet,

Bringing a gentle awareness to your feet and your legs and see that they are supporting you,

Grounding you.

And as you notice on that area within your body,

You just bring a gentle appreciation for that ability to move,

To be planted,

To be rooted here on earth.

Now begin to bring your attention up,

Area right beneath your abdomen,

Your sacral chakra.

As you breathe into this space,

Notice this is your area of playfulness,

Of pleasure,

Of creativity.

Just breathing into that space with that gentle awareness.

Now notice the gentle inflation and expansion of your belly as you're breathing.

Breathe in that balance and flow that you feel from your abdomen,

From the center of your body,

And just allow yourself to release out anything that doesn't serve you.

Breathing in balance and flow and breathing out any rigidness,

Any tension.

Now begin to bring your awareness to your arms,

Elbows,

Hands,

And fingers.

As you just bring that,

Your gentle awareness to the fingertips,

You can feel an energy there.

Just bring awareness to that energy and just extend thanks for your ability to touch,

To hold,

And to create with your hands and fingers.

Breathe into that space.

As you begin to now focus your attention on heart center,

Breathe into your heart,

Allow it to open and expand.

And with that expansion,

You feel that love and compassion,

Allowing that energy of heart to travel all around your body.

You may even envision a color,

Whatever color that may be,

A swirly marbling of color that's just filling every cell of your body from your heart center.

So much power is in that place of love.

Just allow it to fill you,

To energize you,

And to cleanse you.

As you breathe in,

Now focus your attention on your shoulders.

Allow them to just soften,

Maybe roll them,

And bring your attention up to your throat area.

Extend appreciation to your ability to positively self-express using your unique words and voice.

And with even a thought,

A prayer,

That you may brighten and lighten another by using that power within your throat.

Can extend love,

Can extend compassion,

Express who you are,

And extend love and compassion to another.

Now just bring your focus to your muscles on your face.

Allow your jaw to soften,

Your eyes to relax.

Notice the sensory experience that you get to have from this area.

Smell,

Hearing,

Seeing.

Just extend that love there.

And begin to focus on your eyes and even the area behind your eyes toward the center of your head.

We spend a lot of time here where we think and imagine and create.

Just extend that gratitude.

Thoughts will come and go and just allow them to be.

Too often we get so bound to the thoughts,

Creating tension in our body,

Maybe even feeling emotions and holding onto those instead of letting them go.

Emotions are energy,

Energy in motion.

So we want to allow what we feel.

Can't really control it,

But it is.

And just allow it to be.

But our thoughts sometimes are what make our emotions hard because we think we shouldn't feel that way.

But what we feel is real and true.

So we just allow that to be.

And as we focus on that area between our eyes,

Visualize that space.

And you may even imagine your thoughts leaving your head just right through that space.

You can release them out knowing that you are more than your thoughts.

You are the thinker that thinks the thought.

But trusting and allowing.

If it doesn't serve you,

You may let it go.

You want to hold those thoughts that make you feel that energy of positivity.

Those are dreams,

Little seeds that are planted within you right from that space where you're connected to your crown chakra.

Imagine the area above your head.

You may even feel an opening there as you allow light and love from the universe,

From God to go right into you,

Planting seeds of possibility,

Of dreams.

With that,

You breathe into that and extend that love for that possibility that's inside you.

From here,

You tap into your higher consciousness,

Knowing that you are connected to source.

And from this place,

From that area between your eyes,

You can extend out and see from your soul,

Your soul's eye.

And from here,

You can extend love,

Compassion,

Can send it out to the world.

We know everything begins with thought.

And the more you can tap into the energy of love,

It grows exponentially.

It's felt by all those you encounter,

Even those you don't physically see,

You can extend love.

It's felt as you take your time tapping in,

Connecting to that higher power that's within you.

It's felt by those around you.

You are an energy of love and you're lightening and brightening a path for another without even knowing it.

But it's up to you to take that step,

To be responsible for the energy that you bring into this world.

And you know,

At any time you can tune in and tap back into your higher self through your breath,

Through noticing,

Through breathing in and creating that space to see differently,

To have a different perspective and to choose love.

The more you tap into this energy of love,

The better you'll feel.

The more you can trust and the more good that comes your way.

Because as you show up with good,

With love,

That's what comes back to you.

So take a moment now to focus again on heart center.

Breathe into that loving energy and ask a question.

Where in your life do you desire to feel greater flow?

To be in alignment?

May I ask the question and just listen and trust.

Answers may not always come in your meditation time,

But you're opening through meditation,

Awakening.

And you never know when that glimmer of hope,

That next right step will come to you.

It may be in a conversation,

It may be in an activity later in your day,

But your meditation is your practice to awaken,

To open.

And at any time throughout your day,

You can pause,

Refocus on the ease of your breath,

The natural flow,

And you can tap back into that rhythm to be in alignment with your divine self.

You're showing up in your relationships,

In your work,

In your practices,

And in your passion with more alignment to your power.

You get to choose love,

Be a dream builder,

A peacemaker,

And be the lover that you are made to be.

Within you are all the powers you need to show up and do what is yours to do.

If you're in a place of not understanding,

You can ask questions,

Be curious.

By questioning,

You change your energy.

You're shifting to a place of curiosity,

To openness,

And the ability to see from a different perspective,

To extend love and to trust.

If you're feeling hurt,

You can use your breath to pause,

Return to the peace within you,

Knowing pure peace nobody can take away.

It's within you always.

And with a breath,

With a focus on your breath and a pause,

You can return to it,

Knowing that peace begins with you.

And so even if you've been hurt by another,

You can return to the wholeness that you are.

If you're feeling thoughts of jealousy,

You can notice those thoughts.

You don't need to extend shame or feet,

Resentment for thinking that way.

You can notice it,

Breathe it in,

And release it out,

Knowing that that negative energy doesn't serve you.

There's more than enough for everybody.

Seeing success in another is a blessing,

Knowing what's possible for you.

As you celebrate it,

You're paving the way for greater good.

You have no idea the journey it took for that person to achieve that success.

So you want to notice your successes by looking back at where you were and where you are now and keeping that vision of where you desire to be.

You can see the beauty in it,

Knowing that we're all on our own path,

Different journeys,

Different challenges,

But nothing that you're given you can't handle.

You have everything inside you to do what is yours to do.

And if you're feeling separation,

You're feeling loneliness or isolation,

Know that this is not truth.

With breath,

We are all one,

And you too are on that journey.

You are not alone.

We are all in flow with a greater source,

So much bigger,

With so much possibility.

And you feel that oneness by just pausing,

Reconnecting to breath,

Choosing love,

Choosing to see it differently,

A different perspective,

Asking questions,

Trust that we're all creating our own melody,

But there's a rhythm we're all a part of.

You can choose to see it.

Now breathe into that space within your body,

Your heart center,

And extend that gratitude for taking the time for you today.

Call forth any intentions of your heart that you wish to take with you today into your experiences,

Into your interactions,

Into your creations,

And into your life.

Breathe in,

Trust and feel,

And know that you are in connection with a higher power that's going to take you and guide you to do what is yours to do.

And with that heart full of love and light and ease,

Bring awareness back to your body,

Back to this space.

Welcome in a little movement.

Roll your shoulders.

Allow a smile to grace your face and extend that gratitude to yourself for taking the time for you to be present.

And as you open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Breathe in all that love.

Breathe it out and let go,

Sending you heartfelt thanks,

Light,

And love.
