Thank you for joining me for Gratitude in 5 Minutes or Less.
I'll review journal in 2010.
People who regularly practice gratitude are happier,
Less depressed,
Less stressed,
And more satisfied with their overall relationships.
So let's get grateful.
If you haven't already,
Please get out your journal or a piece of paper and your favorite writing utensil.
First,
We will start by drawing a circle in the middle of the paper.
In the center of that circle,
Write the word gratitude.
Now we will start by surrounding the circle with all the reasons that you're grateful for in the last 24 hours.
Take a few moments to do this now.
Expand that list to include reasons with what you're grateful for this week.
Now let's consider what we're grateful for that's happened in the last year.
Write down anything you're grateful for that has happened over the last year.
Let's wrap up this practice by including anything yet you haven't mentioned and anything that you're grateful for that has happened in your lifetime.
Great!
I encourage you to complete this practice until your page is full.
Remember to look at these circles of gratitude when you may need a little bit of a pick-me-up.
