This quick and simple gratitude practice provides space and prompts you to creatively give gratitude. Today we will be giving gratitude for a future success, which is also a method of manifestation. Greetings,

And welcome friends.

My name is Jessie,

And I am grateful you have joined me for Gratitude in 5 Minutes or Less,

From the Clinical Psychological Review Journal in 2010,

Quote,

People who regularly practice gratitude are happier,

Less depressed,

Less stressed and more satisfied with their relationships,

I'll provide the prompt,

The music,

And create the space for you to engage in this short,

Quick session to provide consistency for your gratitude practice.

What is a goal that you would like to accomplish,

Either in the short term or long term?

I'll give you a few moments to think of that now.

In today's session,

You are going to imagine that you have successfully reached that goal you just identified.

Congratulations!

So for the next several moments,

Give gratitude to all the events,

People,

Things that happened that helped you to reach that goal.

Perhaps you had to take a class or travel or join a new group to achieve your goal.

Give gratitude to those things or people now.

Who helped you reach your goal?

Who cheered you on?

Let's journal now and I will let you know when you have 20 seconds left.

A great short experience. Enjoyed the journaling prompt of envisioned goal and then expressing gratitude and looking at the way it unfolded in advance. Good combination of short intro and then musical accompaniment during the writing.
