This practice includes three journal prompts followed by 60 seconds for you to answer that prompt. The key is to write for the entire time, even if you have to repeat your thoughts, get off topic, or start over with the prompt. Just don’t stop writing. Today's topic is goal setting. Let's flow! Greetings friends,

My name is Jessie and I am grateful you are here for five minute flow journaling.

This session is designed to provide space and prompts to support your journaling practice.

Journaling is known to help reduce stress,

Organize thoughts,

And improve overall well-being.

Flow journaling helps us get all of our thoughts out,

Assists in letting go,

And can increase creativity.

Please grab your journal and a favorite writing utensil,

Open your notes app in your phone,

Each journal prompt will be followed by 60 seconds for you to answer that prompt.

There are three prompts.

The key is to write for the entire time.

Even if you have to repeat your thoughts,

Get off topic,

Or literally write out,

I don't know what to write.

Just don't stop writing.

Today's topic is goal setting.

Ready?

Let's begin.

First journal prompt.

All right,

Go ahead and finish up that journal prompt,

Or continue to write.

I just want to thank you for joining me today for five-minute flow journaling.

I am grateful for you.

Wishing you a magical,

Inspiring,

And wonder-filled day.

May your soul shine.

I love how there is a reflection component that helps me remember that I have already accomplished so much and I am capable of any other future endeavors based on my own experience and awareness. Thank you Jessie! 🫶
