Go ahead and gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

As you breathe in,

Allow your awareness to surf that breath into your body.

Hold it for a moment and breathe out.

Let your breathing continue at a normal,

Relaxed pace.

As you let your awareness sink into this moment,

Find your center.

Notice your body starting to relax.

Your energy starting to shift.

Just allowing your consciousness to anchor into this moment.
