Welcome to Coming Home to the Body — a space to gently return to yourself when life pulls you outward, distracts you, or leaves you feeling scattered and untethered. In this class, you’ll learn to listen beneath the noise, to notice the subtle signals your nervous system offers, and to reconnect with the quiet wisdom that’s always been living inside you. This isn’t about forcing presence or fixing anything — it’s about remembering how to inhabit yourself with tenderness, curiosity, and breath. Together, we’ll practice softening into awareness, inviting safety into the body, and finding our way back to a sense of ease you can feel from the inside out.


Meet your Teacher

This course is guided by Judy — an educator, coach, and author with a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and years of experience supporting others through self-awareness, nervous system understanding, and embodied growth. Her work is rooted not only in academic study, but in lived practice: helping people return to themselves with compassion, presence, and curiosity. Judy brings a grounded, human approach to transformation, weaving together nervous system literacy, mindfulness, experiential integration, and a deep belief that lasting change begins with how we relate to our inner world. Her teaching offers both practical tools and soulful insight, inviting others to reconnect with their bodies as a source of wisdom, safety, and home.

The Path To Re-inhabiting The Body - Returning As Reunion, Not Repair

Module 2 invites us into a quieter way of coming home to ourselves—one not built on self-correction, but on reunion. It begins with a soft arrival, helping us settle into the present moment through breath, sensation, and the simple awareness of being held by whatever supports us. From there, we explore what it means to return to the body without forcing calm or striving to “fix” anything, learning instead to let presence emerge naturally through sensory attention. We look at touch, sound, breath, temperature, and rhythm as doorways—not techniques to master, but portals into belonging. Through guided grounding and gentle contact with self, this module offers a lived experience of returning with tenderness rather than demand, and closes with reflection questions that deepen integration. Living Embodied - Staying Connected with Yourself Amid the Noise

Module Three invites you to step not just back into your body, but to live from it — even when life gets loud. After learning how to soften, return, and rebuild inner safety, this lesson guides you into the next evolution: embodied sovereignty. Through gentle grounding, deep exploration, and a rooted visualization of the self as an ancient, luminous tree, you’ll practice staying present in motion, in conversation, and in choice. You’ll learn to recognize external pulls without abandoning yourself, and to move through the world from a steady inner knowing rather than urgency or expectation.
