Close your eyes gently or soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
Hold it for a moment and exhale through your mouth.
Let your shoulders soften,
Your jaw unclench and your hands rest easily.
Feel the ground beneath you,
The floor,
The chair or the earth itself holding you in steady support.
You are safe here.
You are welcome here.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Simply notice its natural rhythm.
Each inhale,
Each exhale like gentle waves.
If your mind wanders,
Simply return to your breath,
Anchoring yourself in this moment.
Allow yourself to arrive fully,
Right here,
Right now.
With each breath,
Imagine roots extending from your body deep into the earth,
Strong steady roots that ground you.
With every inhale,
You draw strength and stability up through these roots.
With every exhale,
You release tension,
Fear and doubt back into the soil where the earth transforms them.
You are supported.
You are connected.
You are worthy.
Now bring your attention to your heart.
Place a hand there if you wish.
Imagine a soft glowing light at the center of your chest.
This light is warm,
Gentle and steady.
It grows brighter with every breath.
This is the light of your worthiness,
The truth of who you are.
You don't need to earn it.
It has always been within you.
As you breathe,
Repeat softly to yourself,
Either aloud or in your mind,
I am worthy to receive.
I am open to the good that life offers me.
I allow abundance,
Love and peace to flow into my life.
I deserve rest.

Down into your heart,
Into your belly,
Into your legs and feet,
Until every part of you glows with this golden radiance.
This is the flow of life itself,
Always available,
Always present.
Allow yourself to receive it fully.
Notice how it feels to be filled,
To be supported,
To be open.
There's no need to grasp or strain.
Simply allow.
Receiving is as natural as breathing.
Take another deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Whisper to yourself,
I am worthy to receive.
