Drawing on my doctoral research into impostor phenomenon in spiritual settings, this course guides you through practical tools to create inner safety, break free from rumination and perfectionism, and begin reclaiming your true identity. Each module combines gentle teaching, guided practices, and reflective prompts to help you calm your nervous system, set healthy boundaries, release old pressures, and step out from behind the mask. This is not about achieving more—it’s about becoming whole.

Dr. Judy Boozer is an educator, researcher, and coach with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Her doctoral research was the first to explore the experience of impostor phenomenon in spiritual settings, where achievement was not the primary measure of worth. With a background in teaching, leadership development, and holistic coaching, she specializes in helping individuals move beyond self-doubt and into authentic self-trust. Drawing on years of research and practical experience, she creates tools and practices that make complex emotional patterns understandable and change feel possible. Background music for guided practices is by Liborio Conti.
