"Reconnecting with Your Emotions” is a guided journey to help you notice, understand, and respond to your emotions with curiosity and compassion. Across this course, you’ll explore why emotions sometimes arise seemingly out of nowhere, how they are connected to your body and mind, and how your logical mind interacts with them. Through guided practices, reflection prompts, and gentle mindfulness exercises, you’ll learn to: - Recognize the subtle messages of your emotions - Meet heaviness, restlessness, or irritation without judgment - Build awareness of protective patterns from your logical mind - Develop simple, practical tools to respond to emotions with care This course provides a safe and reflective space for you to cultivate self-awareness, deepen your connection to your inner experience, and develop a more compassionate and grounded relationship with your emotions.
