Welcome to a guided meditation by Create the Calm.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and exhale softly.
Feel your body supported beneath you.
Notice your feet,
Your legs,
Your back,
Your shoulders.
You are held.
You are safe.
Let your attention drift inward,
Guided by the rhythm of your breath.
Inhale calm and exhale tension.
Silently remind yourself,
I am safe,
I am supported,
I am open to life's flow.
So often we fear that what comes to us will leave just as quickly,
That money,
Love,
Or opportunity will slip through our fingers.
But life is not a series of gains and losses measured in scarcity.
It is a flowing river,
Carrying abundance in many forms.
Sometimes visible,
Sometimes subtle.
Imagine yourself standing by this river.
See the water moving steadily,
Carrying leaves and light across its surface.
Notice that the river doesn't cling to what passes by.
It flows freely,
Confident that the current will continue to bring what it needs.
Now picture your own life as part of this river.
Everything you have,
Everything you receive is part of the flow.
You don't need to hold tightly.
You don't need to chase or resist.
As you breathe in,
Allow the river to fill you with trust.
As you breathe out,
Release the fear that what you need will be lost.
Silently repeat,
I trust the flow of life.
Abundance comes to me in its perfect timing.
I release the fear of scarcity and loss.
One more time,
I trust the flow of life.
Abundance comes to me in its perfect timing.
I release the fear of scarcity and loss.
Picture a warm light above your head,
Flowing down into your body,
Just like the river.
It fills your chest,
Your heart,
Your abdomen.
Expanding with every breath.
This light carries reassurance,
Clarity,
And calm.
Allow yourself to rest in this light for a few moments.
Feel the support beneath you,
The steady rhythm of your breath,
And the flow of life moving through you.
Notice how your body softens,
Your mind quiets,
Your heart opens.
Trust that everything you need is on its way,
Sometimes in ways you can't yet see.
You are safe.
You are enough.
You are supported.
Take one final deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale fully through your mouth.
Carry this awareness with you.
Life flows naturally.
You don't need to force or control.
You are part of the river,
Moving with trust,
Calm,
And openness.
