Lesson 1

Discovering Your Emotional Landscape

In this first module, we begin by noticing where we already are. You’ll learn to recognize your emotional landscape — not as something to fix, but as something to understand. Through guided reflection and somatic awareness, we explore how emotions show up as physical sensations, patterns of energy, and inner “weather.” This class helps you develop emotional and body literacy: learning to sense, name, and gently stay with what’s present. By the end, you’ll have a deeper awareness of your body’s language and the beginning of a practice you can return to whenever emotions feel heavy or unclear.

Lesson 2

Understanding The Body’s Alchemy

In this module, we explore the body as an alchemical vessel — a living system that transforms emotional energy through awareness and attention. You’ll begin to see how the body and emotions are not separate, but constantly communicating: how fear may tighten the throat, grief may weigh on the chest, or anger may heat the skin. Through guided somatic practice, you’ll observe the body’s natural process of release and transformation. This module helps you map your personal energetic patterns, recognize where energy moves or pauses, and build trust in your body’s innate intelligence.

Lesson 3

Creating Safety And Presence

In this module, you’ll learn how to create a felt sense of safety within your body — not as a concept, but as a lived experience. When we’ve carried heavy emotions or long periods of stress, our nervous system can forget what calm even feels like. This practice helps you return home to yourself. You’ll discover how presence naturally arises when the body feels supported, and how to build a personal “Safety Sequence” — a set of simple, grounding actions that remind your system, "I am here, and here is safe enough for now." Through gentle guidance and embodied awareness, you’ll begin to recognize that safety isn’t something you have to chase — it’s something you can cultivate, breath by breath.

Lesson 4

Practicing The Process

In this module, you’ll begin to practice a gentle, structured way to notice, process, and transform your emotions using a personalized, repeatable approach called the Flow Formula. We’ll focus on a recent emotion — something present in your experience — and explore how to move it through the body and mind with awareness, self-compassion, and curiosity. You’ll learn to identify what supports you, what blocks you, and how subtle shifts happen when the body and nervous system are allowed to participate. This is a hands-on, embodied practice that helps you take ownership of your emotional alchemy and creates the foundation for a personal step-by-step process you can return to anytime.

Lesson 5

Integration & Finalizing The Tool

This final module brings everything together. You’ll reflect on how your relationship with emotions has changed, gather the pieces of your journey into a personal “Transformation Map,” and learn to trust the process you’ve built from within. Through a closing guided meditation — “I Am the Space This Emotion Moves Through” — you’ll experience yourself as steady and spacious, allowing emotion to move through you without losing your center. You’ll leave this session grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to meet whatever arises with presence and compassion.
