Ashley is a certified hypnotherapist, performance coach and breathwork practitioner with a passion for helping others unlock their innate ability to rest, recover, and heal. Having suffered from chronic insomnia for many years, Ashley knows firsthand the frustration and exhaustion that come with sleepless nights. Her personal journey to finding restful sleep led her to dive deep into the science of sleep, combining her professional expertise with evidence-based practices to develop effective strategies that truly work. Today, helping others achieve restorative sleep has become one of Ashley's specialties. Through her multi-disciplinary approach, she combines neuroscience, relaxation techniques, breathwork, and guided meditations to empower individuals to create lasting, positive changes in their sleep patterns. This course would have been better for me if the content and information about sleep hygiene would have been separated from the evening / bedtime relaxing part of the course. I wanted to learn about techniques to improve my sleep and this course was very informative in that way. It was a very big help. In fact yesterday I woke up at 4:00 in the morning when my monitor went on, and rather than ruminating about it I just got a sleep mask put it on and kept saying to myself relax relax and I did go back to sleep. The techniques that Ashley describes our very useful and practical.
