By the end of the course, you’ll be fully equipped to continue these transformative practices on your own, but you may find yourself returning to the guided sessions for their immersive experience. Meet your Teacher

Ashley Bentley is a certified hypnotherapist, personal and professional performance coach and breathwork practitioner and the guiding force behind Integrative Coaching, Breathwork & Hypnotherapy. Ashley brings a wealth of experience in overcoming personal challenges; her own healing journey has fueled her passion for helping others achieve holistic well-being. Ashley has worked with her voice for over 3 decades, having started as a radio presenter and voice over artist. She is able to utilise her dulcet tones now to guide you into ultimate relaxation, utilising the theta brainwave state for fast-tracking positive change. As a certified practitioner in hypnotherapy, NLP, breathwork, and TimeLine Therapy, Ashley specializes in empowering individuals to rewrite their narratives. Her sessions are a blend of science-backed techniques and compassionate guidance, fostering a deep connection with the subconscious mind for lasting transformation.

Healing Light Visualization

In Day 2 of "Morning Mind Mastery," we focus on learning about the science behind visualization. We’ll delve into how creating mental imagery primes the brain for success, while also addressing common challenges like difficulty visualizing. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how visualization can shift your mindset and behavior. The visualization practice builds from day 1 as we introduce a healing visualization to cleanse and revitalize your body. Through a guided visualization of radiant purple light, you'll cleanse, heal, and restore every cell in your body, reinforcing the belief that your body is a powerful healer.

Lesson 3

Cultivating A Growth Mindset

On Day 3 of "Morning Mind Mastery," we learn all about the empowering concept of a growth mindset, which is essential for personal development. We'll look at the neuroscience behind why it works, as well as practical tips for how to cultivate a growth mindset in your daily life. In the visualization exercise, you'll be visualizing a radiant white light, to infuse your body and mind with the energy of limitless potential, resilience, and the belief in your ability to grow, adapt, and evolve.

Personal Empowerment: Manifesting Abundance

On Day 4 of "Morning Mind Mastery," you are invited to personalize your visualization practice by introducing a unique-to-you light, representing anything specific you are working on in your life. We learn all about what abundance and prosperity means, as it is so much more than just a financial concept. We then learn all about how you can personalise today's visualisation to include your own unique personal empowerment needs and goals. We will use an example of a golden light representing wealth, abundance, and prosperity. This visualization is designed to empower you by focusing on your unique goals, whether they involve financial stability, confidence, or inner peace. By merging this golden light with the healing and growth energies of the previous days, you can attract and manifest abundance in all areas of your life.

Lesson 5

Mastering Your Day: Full-Day Visualization

In the final day of the Morning Mind Mastery course, you'll combine the powerful visualizations you've practiced throughout the week to include visualisation 'snapshots' of the significant moments of your day that lie ahead - mentally preparing for your entire day. We'll dive deeper into the power of visualizations as well as the role of intention, combining a powerful synergy of purpose and direction. This session will guide you to handle each moment of your day with grace and confidence, ensuring you move through your day with ease and purpose in just a few, short minutes. You'll also learn how to remove anything that doesn't serve you, leaving you feeling refreshed and empowered to attract and manifest abundance.
