Start to find a comfortable place to rest.
As we begin.

When we come into the frequency of love.

Something profound happens.
In the heart there is a softening.
In the body,
Love signals safety.
And in the mind,
Love interrupts the habits of fear,
Judgment and scarcity.
There is more space for creativity and possibility.
As you find a comfortable position that feels nurturing and supportive.

Make sure you have the best opportunity to breathe with ease.
Adjusting your body in a way that feels balanced and supported.
And then let's take our first conscious breath together.
Breathing in through the nose,
Down into the belly.
Allow the front of your chest to be open and soft.
And then exhale and soften into your space.
Inhale into this moment here and now.
And slowly exhale letting go of the past.
Letting go of worrying about the future.
One last deep breath in.
And exhale a sigh.
Relax your whole body.
Relax all the muscles around your face.
Release your jaw.
Relax your throat.
Your chest.
And your belly.
Soften your hands and let your fingers naturally curl in.
Relax your feet and your toes.
For the next eight to ten breaths.
Let the inhale and exhale become smooth and even in width and length.
Now release any effort around breathing.
And gently guide your attention into your heart space.
Right in the middle of your chest.
You might feel the gentle beating of your physical heart.
Leading you into this sacred portal of the heart energy center.
And as you rest your attention inside this space.
Listen and sense with curiosity and openness arising in your heart today.
Know that whatever you meet is held by the frequency of love.
Universal love.
Grounded in wisdom and truth.
And compassion.
A love that unites instead of divides.
Let the feeling of love begin to grow and become more familiar.
It might even be helpful to bring to mind someone who is easy to love.
Maybe a family member.
A grandparent.
A sibling,
A friend.
Perhaps it's your favorite plant or tree or flower.
And in your mind's eye see this loved one in front of you.
Notice the details about what you love about them.
Perhaps it's a smile.
Or how they communicate and interact with you.
The way their energy nourishes you.
Let these feelings swell inside your heart.
And amplify.
This is the frequency of love.
Feel this feeling of love.
As a glowing warm light.
Growing inside your heart space.
Growing around your heart.
Filling and flooding.
This energy center.
And from the center of your chest.
See this glow flowing down your arms.
And into your hands and fingers.
Like beams of light flooding.
From your heart into your body.
Flooding into every organ.
Down into your belly.
Flowing down your legs.
Into your feet and your toes.
From head to toes.
Feeling the entire body.
This frequency of love growing from the heart.
And moving in and out of every cell.
With the natural breath.
Feel the space around you.
Filling with this frequency of love.
Beyond your physical body.
Into the subtle energy body.
A few inches around the circumference.
Of your physical body.
Like the shimmer of dawn spreading across the horizon.
A halo of light expanding outward.
Every cell bathing in the warmth of the heart.
Expanding all around.
The heart's radiance is boundless.
As you tend to your own heart.
It is like lighting a candle in the dark.
Its glow cannot help but spread.
Reaching and warming the hearts of others.
Near and far.
Allow the radiance of your heart to spread.
And flow.
Outward.
Travelling to someone.
Or somewhere.
And surrounding them in golden light.
Receiving what they need most.
Tending to their heart.
Perhaps to someone close by.
Or maybe somewhere across the globe.
Now slowly and gently guide your attention.
Back into your physical body.
Feel the support that has held you throughout this meditation.
Feel your breath effortlessly flowing in and out.
And sense the warmth of your heart.
Soft,
Tender and alive.
As we come to the end of this practice.
You might like to place your left hand.
Over your heart centre.
And your right hand over your belly.
And in your own time.
Taking a couple of deep conscious breaths.
Breathing into the warmth of your hands.
Meeting and touching your body.
And feeling the connection.
Between your hands.
And your belly.
The connection between you.
And you.
If your eyes are closed.
Softly blink them open.
Coming back into the space where you have been resting today.
Perhaps taking one more deep breath in to your hands.
Breathing out.
And moving your body in a way that feels good.
