I often do body scan and focus on the different sensations of the body, but this one was more methodical covering more points and guided. I normally do it alone. It was nice. I bookmarked it

Love the body scan picturing a soft glow at each location. Any location that had an issue I pictured a bright white light there. Mine is my left hip.
