I struggle with insomnia and gut issues. I did as my doctor suggested got up. I read and did all the things listen to binaural beats, etc. I finally came back into my bedroom and this popped up for me to listen to. I figured if nothing else my body would relax . I’m not sure at which point I fell asleep however I woke up this morning feeling that you did indeed help relax my body and lull me back to sleep at some point during your meditation and for that I say thank you! For anyone that struggles with insomnia… It is tough to put me back to sleep-if Zoe did it for me, she can do it for you! Thank you, Zoe. Many blessings to you.! Namaste
