This practice has been a friend and ally to me over the years in times of restlessness, when I'm unable to sleep and also, in times when I need to refocus and wake up from a period of lethargy. I will guide your awareness around your body, touching into marma points - ayurvedic energy pathways for healing the body, mind and consciousness; similar to acupuncture points in Traditional Chinese medicine.
