Connecting To The Source Within

In this meditation, we learn to still the mind and then to move the awareness deep into the heart. From here we learn to connect to the source of true and unconditional love that has its emanation deep within us. We learn to feel the qualities of the source - its complete and unconditional love.

Keep your eyes closed. Start to observe the breath. Feel the breath entering at the nostrils, Into the lungs. Feel the breath entering the body. And feel the breath leaving the body, Leaving the lungs. Merging back with the atmosphere as it leaves the nostrils. And as you breathe in again, Feel the breath entering at the nostrils. Feel the flow of the breath through the air passages, Down towards the lungs. As you breathe out, Feel the movement of the breath again. Breathe in. Feel the breath entering. Breathe out. Feel the breath leaving. Feel the thoughts coming to a stillness. Feel how by observing the breath, Stillness comes into the mind. Connect to this stillness. Continue feeling the breath entering, Leaving. Thoughts drift away. The stillness remains. Continue observing the breathing. You observe how the thoughts just bring distractions, Fears, Dreams. But they take you away, It takes you away from enjoying the present moment. And you see that by observing the breath, Peace, Stillness and awareness, That just the present moment exists, Remain. The thoughts start to lose their significance. They start to fade away. Just stillness and the present moment remain. You focus on the breath, Enjoying the stillness that the breath brings. The thoughts drift away. No thoughts of the past, The future, Just the stillness of the breath. Just the awareness of the present moment remains. As you observe the breath, You start journeying to the source of the stillness. You see that the stillness within you originates in your heart. You see the beautiful light that emanates here in the heart. You observe the qualities here. You notice a quality of love, Complete unconditional love. And with it comes forgiveness, Forgiveness of all of your mistakes. You feel a quality of compassion that knows and understands all of your sorrows. You feel qualities of joy, Unlimited joy that just wants to express itself. You see qualities of bliss, Of stillness, Of silence, A quality of introversion that teaches you that true happiness cannot come from the outside world, Where things are always changing. The true happiness comes from deep within, From knowing your true self. And as a desire to know your true self begins within you, You trace the root of this light within your heart. You follow it as if you're going through a tunnel. And you see that the source of this light is infinite light. It's the infinite light that created this universe through unconditional love, Unconditional compassion, Unconditional bliss. And as that emanation of light created the universe, It created every spark within the universe, Including the spark, A divinity that lies within your heart. This light awakens. Your heart softens. And you start to see yourself as the source of all light, All love sees you. The source of all light of the universe loves everything in the universe completely, Forgives all mistakes, Just knows unconditional, Unlimited love. And the spark of this love is inside you. It loves you unconditionally, Accepts you completely for who you are, Forgives you for each and every one of your mistakes, And it starts to flood your heart with light. It's part of you, It's inside you, And it was created by the source of all love, The source of all life, The source of unlimited love, Joy, Happiness. It's there inside you, Reaching through to every chamber of your heart, Melting any hardness that was caused by not forgiving yourself of your mistakes. But the light of the divinity teaches you to forgive yourself, Just as a source of all love that exists within all of us. Love's true forgiveness. You forgive yourself for every mistake you've ever made in your life. You forgive yourself, Accept yourself, And your heart starts to soften and melt. All the areas of hardness dissolve, Become soft. Tensions that have held the hardness disappear. Low hardness remains. The source of love creates forgiveness within yourself, Forgiveness for all of your mistakes, Complete acceptance of you for who you are. You've journeyed the entire universe, The entire world, Looking for love, Forgiveness, Compassion, Looking for joy, But you realize that the source of all of that love, That compassion, Forgiveness, That joy, That bliss, It's deep within you. It came, And it comes from the source of all love and life. And it's shining brightly inside you, Melting all the chambers of your heart, Showing you compassion for all of the sadness you've held within. But this isn't a love that has expectations, Nor is it a love that fluctuates. It's a constant, Unending love, A love you've always searched for. But now, Instead of looking outwards for it, You see it's deep inside, And it comes from the source of all love, All life, That created the universe. It forgives you for all of your mistakes. It loves you absolutely and unconditionally. It dissolves your pain, Turns it into joy. It brings you peace, And it melts all the tensions within your heart. It softens them, Turns them into liquid, Takes the hardness out, Turns all the tensions you've held within, Into love, Into softness, Into kindness. The light of the source constantly shines within you, Into every chamber within you, Melts completely. Nothing but love remains, Unconditional, Complete love. Hardness disappears. The source of infinite love is deep inside you. It grows within you, Melts, Softens. You're connected to the source of love, The source of unlimited love, That created the universe. Your heart softens completely. You recognize more and more the qualities of the source, Its acceptance, Its unconditional love, Its forgiveness of every mistake, The happiness that it contains, The joy, The bliss, The compassion, Unlimited compassion that it contains. And the spark of the source is always deep within you, It's deep within your heart, Unconditional love, Unconditional joy, Happiness. Your heart softens, Love comes in, Forgives, Accepts. You journey into your heart and see the source of all love here, Filled with compassion and light, Forgiveness and love. The tensions within your heart soften and just the unconditional love of the source remains. Your heart becomes softer and softer. And you remember that you're always forgiven, Always accepted, You're loved completely, Accepted completely. Nothing but love remains inside, Acceptance. Your heart becomes softer, The recognition of the source of all love grows stronger within. This complete acceptance here, Forgiveness of every mistake, Unconditional love, And it grows within you, And it will grow within you forever as your connection to the source comes back, Grows again. You feel this love deep within. You rub both palms together, Generate warmth in the palms, You feel the unconditional love of the source melting everything deep within your heart. You feel love, Unconditional love, Unconditional forgiveness, Acceptance, Joy, Light, Bliss, Compassion for all of your sorrows and pains. Keep these feelings alive. Take the bottoms of your palms over your eyes, You bring the warmth back into your eyes. Feeling the unconditional love of the source within, Slowly take your hands away, Slowly open the eyes.
