Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe the breathing.

Feel the ribcage expand.

Become aware of the stillness within that you connect to when you observe your breathing.

And the breath guides you to pure stillness within.
A stillness that's beyond the thoughts.
You see how the thoughts are just fluctuations.
Waves.
They come and go.
Pure stillness lies deep within.
And you connect to this stillness when you connect to the breath.
As you continue observing the breathing.
You start to visualize.
See a white light deep inside yourself.
Around your heart.
And you know that this white light is the root of the stillness within you.
From here you feel peace.
A peace that tells you.
That it's only the present moment that exists.
There's no past.
No future.
Just the now.
And there will only ever be the now.
This present moment in time.
What you think is the future.
Is simply imagination.
Simply a trick of the mind.
What you think is the past.
Just memories.
That are stored in the mind.
According to its current likes and dislikes.
It's not the actual past.
Nor is the imagination the actual future.
The only thing that ever exists.
Is the present moment in time.
You connect to the white light within yourself.
The energy of peace deep within.
As you connect to this white light.
As you connect to this stillness.
You see more and more that it's your stillness.
The present moment that exists.
You see that when the mind's not content.
It creates imaginary futures.
Creates goals for you to run after.
And your entire life it will create goals.
Never allowing you to feel satisfied.
Never allowing you to enjoy the present moment.
But instead now just for a moment.
Let go of all of those goals.
See how it feels.
To not have any goals.
To just be calm in the present moment.
To be able to enjoy the present moment.
There is no past.
No future.
One by one you let go of every goal you've ever had.
Just allowing yourself to enjoy the peace.
The stillness that comes from being in the present moment in time.
There is no past.
There is no future.
There is just one ever present.
Eternal now.
You've let go of your goals.
You can enjoy the present moment in time.
And you have it within your power.
To let go of your goals at every moment.
So you can turn your life into one.
With many moments lived and enjoyed in the present.
That doesn't mean that you can't have an intention or a plan.
You can plant seeds.
But the present moment is to be enjoyed.
We don't need definite goals to chase after.
Goals that create stress and tension.
Take the mind to the future.
We can have a path,
An intention,
Know it's there.
But bring our awareness back.
To the present moment constantly.
We let go of the goals.
We see the path,
The intention.
We enjoy the present moment.
The stillness that comes from the present moment.
And then we observe our fears and our desires.
We see how both of these.
Take ourselves away.
From the happiness.
The stillness.
That comes from being present.
Fear.
Creates anxiety.
Creates imaginary thoughts.
This might happen in the future.
That might happen in the future.
We observe the fears.
Decide not to react to them.
We see them just for what they are.
Fears created by the mind.
We detach ourselves.
Just observing,
Not reacting.
As we observe the fears.
To be exactly that,
Just fears created by the mind.
We become more present.
More aware of the present moment in time.
And we see how desires too,
Take us away from enjoying the present moment in time.
How the desires too create imaginary goals.
That when you have this happiness will come.
When you have that happiness will come.
But the decision to be happy comes from deep within.
Happiness doesn't need to depend on anything.
You just need to take the decision.
To feel happy.
To be happy.
To allow happiness to flow from the heart.
The desires take you away from enjoying the present moment.
If you can observe desires for just being that.
Just desires.
Not reacting to them,
Just observing them.
Then again you can enjoy the present moment in time.
You observe now your fears.
Your desires.
You simply watch them without reacting.
Seeing how they take you away from the present moment in time.
You let go of the fears.
The desires.
You let go of your goals.
You realise there is no past.
No future.
There is just the one eternal now.
Everything that ever happens,
Happens in the now.
It's only the mind that creates fears.
Desires.
Goals.
Anxiety.
Sadness.
Only the mind creates in its imagination the past and the future.
But life happens here in the present moment.
Learning to enjoy the present moment is learning to enjoy life.
Learning to be present is a secret to happiness,
Peace,
Bliss.
Running away to the past or the future to desires,
Fears,
Goals.
Is escaping the present moment.
Just observe the mind as it does this.
Watch the mind.
But remember that it's only in the present moment in time that life happens.
There's no past.
No future.
Just this present moment in time.
As you observe the fears.
The desires.
You see they're just creations of the mind.
You don't react to them.
You just watch them.
You realize as you become the observer.
That it's only the present moment that exists.
No past.
No future.
Just the one eternal now.
You rub both palms together.
Generate warmth in the palms.
You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.
Then you slowly move the hands away.
Slowly open the eyes.
