Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is yogi Brian.

Find your comfortable spot,

Taking a seat with your legs crossed preferably,

Sitting tall with the spine straight,

Chin parallel to the mat,

And allow your eyes to close.

Allow your breath to just be natural breath,

Mouth closed,

In through the nose,

And out through the nose.

Give yourself permission to arrive.

Observing the breath here,

And any sounds in your environment,

Just allow those sounds to be,

Those sounds relax you even more and more.

And as you notice your breath,

You notice the breath smoothing out naturally.

Each breath you take,

You relax even more and more.

Each breath you take,

You flood the body with relaxation.

Maybe even feeling a tingling sensation in the toes and the fingers.

Feel the whole body surrender.

Shoulders relax,

Jaw relaxes.

All the facial muscles start to relax and just start to melt down to the ground.

Any tension in the body just melts down to the ground,

Drips down to the ground.

Feel a sense of ease,

A sense of peace,

A sense of peace,

Like you're coming home.

Knowing you're exactly where you need to be right here,

Right now.

The whole body starts to relax,

And noticing the mind starting to relax.

Anything heavy on your mind,

Each breath you take just dissolves into the distance,

It dissolves into the horizon,

Just fades away each breath you take.

Allowing yourself to arrive at the present moment.

Allowing yourself to be your natural self.

Allowing yourself to go with the flow.

Allowing yourself to release all the tension.

Taking an inhale deeply through the nose.

Exhale,

Sigh it out,

Let it go.

Again,

One more time,

Inhale deeply through the nose.

Exhale,

Sigh it out,

Let it go.

Embracing the present moment,

Feeling the peace,

Feeling this comfort,

Feeling this ease,

And taking it throughout your day today.
