Welcome to this grief meditation.
Grief is a natural and universal human experience that arises from loss.
Whether it's loss of a loved one,
A job,
A relationship,
Or any other significant change in life.
It can be a complex and challenging emotion to navigate,
But with the right tools,
It can be a path to healing and growth.
In this meditation,
We will create a safe and supportive space for you to honor your grief and connect with the inner resources that can help you find peace,
Resilience,
In the face of loss.
So find a comfortable position and take a nice deep breath.
And let's begin.
And during this meditation,
You may feel emotions,
You may feel feelings,
And they may be strong.
And just allow those feelings,
Those emotions to come up.
Because the healing is in the feeling.
And the fastest way through the pain is through the pain.
So allow those emotions,
Allow those feelings to come up.
And know you're safe and secure in this moment.
And at any time,
If your mind wanders,
Just come back to your breath and come back to my voice.
And whenever you're ready,
Softly and gently close your eyes.
And during this meditation,
It's a subconscious reprogramming,
Reprogramming your subconscious mind.
And you'll hear affirmations.
And you can just listen to these affirmations,
Or you can say these affirmations silently after I say them.
But there's nothing to do or control.
Just allowing your subconscious mind to listen and hear these affirmations.
And these affirmations will sink deep into your mind and deep into your heart space.
And they'll work in the background like a computer program.
And whenever you need strength,
Whenever you need healing throughout your day,
These affirmations will come back to help you.
So just allow yourself to listen.
And if you drift off,
If you fall asleep,
That's okay.
Because as you fall asleep,
When you're asleep,
These affirmations will work because your subconscious mind will listen and hear everything it needs to hear.
So just relax right now.
Just settle and bring your attention and awareness to your breathing.
Full attention,
Full awareness to your breath.
Noticing your inhale and your exhale.
Each and every breath you take relaxes you even more and more.
Each and every breath you take floods the body with relaxation.
And as you breathe,
As you relax,
Bring your awareness and attention to your body.
And just notice your body.
Observe your body.
And take a scan of your body all the way from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
Scanning the body,
Noticing the body.
And any tension you feel in your body,
Send your breath to that tension.
Send your awareness to that tension.
And once you send your breath to that tension,
Once you send your awareness to that tension,
That tension automatically and easily and naturally dissolves into space.
Because your body knows exactly how to release that tension.
So allow your body to relax and allow your body to settle.
Each and every breath you take and those tiny muscles in your eyelids start to relax even more.
Those tiny muscles in your eyelids feel so heavy and so relaxed.
Those tiny muscles in your eyelids feel so heavy and so relaxed that it's so hard to open your eyes.
And try to open your eyes,
But they're so heavy and so relaxed,
You just can't open them.
Completely relax in your body.
Completely surrender as you breathe and as you listen to the sound of my voice.
And as your body fully relaxes,
Your mind fully relaxes.
And as your mind fully relaxes,
Your body relaxes deeper and deeper and deeper still.
Because during this meditation,
All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
That's all you have to do.
Allowing your conscious mind to let go.
Allowing your conscious mind to surrender.
And as your conscious mind lets go,
As your conscious mind surrenders,
Your unconscious mind will listen and hear everything it needs to hear.
Your unconscious mind will listen and hear these affirmations for healing.
These affirmations for grief.
These affirmations to feel your feelings and honor your emotions.
Because you deserve to relax and you deserve healing.
Yes,
You do.
So allow these affirmations to sink deep,
Deep into your subconscious mind.
And relax and surrender as you listen to the sound of my voice.
I allow myself to feel and process all of my emotions in a healthy way.
I am healing and moving forward from my grief.
I trust in my ability to overcome this difficult time.
I am surrounded by love and support during this time of healing.
I am strong and resilient in the face of adversity.
I am grateful for the memories I have with my loved one.
I choose to focus on the positive and happy moments shared with my loved one.
I forgive myself and others for any pain or hurt caused during this time of grief.
I am open to receiving love and support from those around me.
I am not alone in my grief.
Others have experienced loss and can relate to me.
I am allowed to take as much time as I need to heal and process my emotions.

Thank you so much! I am finding light at the end of the tunnel. this Meditation affirms the process. Only improvement that I could suggest was that there was an ending bell, or an acknowledgment of some kind that the Meditation had come to a conclusion.
