Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space,
And allow your eyes to close.
Allowing yourself time to settle,
Giving yourself permission to relax.
Just your natural breath in,
Nothing to do or control.
Clearing away any expectations for your meditation,
Any expectations for your day.
Just bringing your mind to the body,
Observing the breath,
Noticing the inhale and the exhale.
Taking a scan of the body from the top of the head to the tips of your toes.
Just checking in with the body,
Seeing how you're feeling and observing any tension in the body,
Any spots,
Any tension.
Observe that tension,
Notice the tension.
In each breath you take,
You release that tension even more.
In each breath you take,
You notice the tension dissolving.
You notice full relaxation of the body and the thoughts to roll in,
Nothing to do or control the thought.
Just allow them to flow.
In each breath you take,
The mind,
Each breath you take,
You feel full relaxation.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Release it.
Relaxation,
Keeping this relaxation throughout your day.
