Welcome to this guided meditation My name is Yogi Brian Find your comfortable spot and just allow yourself to arrive Allow the eyes to close and it's just your natural breath in and out in through the nose and out through the nose just give yourself permission to relax give yourself permission to relax nothing to do or control just allowing gravity to do its thing Whole body starts to relax here feeling that wave of relaxation throughout the body body is flooded with relaxation here whole body relaxes just feeling the breath smooth out just like a wave in and out taking a scan of your body noticing in the areas you can relax even more and more noticing those areas where you're holding tension and give yourself permission to relax saying I will relax body is starting to sink even deeper and deeper,

Relaxing even more and more feeling that wave of relaxation throughout the body and allowing the mind to fully relax,

Fully release,

Fully surrender nothing to do or control inhale deeply through the nose exhale open the mouth,

Sigh it out inhale deeply through the nose exhale let it go,

Sigh it out one more time,

Inhale deeply through the nose exhale let it go,

Release feeling this relaxation,

Feeling this calmness,

This stillness keeping it throughout your day whenever you're ready,

Making your way to an easy seat if you're not already there legs crossed,

Spine straight,

Chin slightly tucked,

Hands come to heart center breathing in and out,

Nice and steady thank you so much for meditating with me today,
