Namaste.
Please make yourself comfortable in your chair.
Relax.
Take a deep breath in.
Place your feet flat on the floor,
Really feeling your feet in contact with the ground underneath you.
And continue to take a few more deep breaths in,
Allowing yourself to relax with each exhalation.
Take one more deep breath in.
And we'll start by focusing on your toes.
Scrunch them up and relax.
Relax your ankles,
Calf muscles,
Knees,
Thigh muscles,
Knees.
And remember that any thoughts that might arise to the surface,
Allow them to just float away like clouds in the sky.
Then bringing your awareness back to your body,
Relax your buttocks,
Pelvic area.
Begin to notice any tension you may have in your back.
Breathe in deeply.
And as you exhale,
Slowly relax and release any tension you may have in your back.
As you take another deep breath in,
Focus on your shoulders.
Lift them up towards your ears,
Keeping them nice and tight.
And relax,
Allowing them to fall away back to their natural position.
Perfect.
Now it's time to relax your neck and jaw muscles.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any tension you're holding in your neck and jaw.
Now bringing the awareness to the top of your head,
Take a second to round your shoulders.
Really hunch them up.
Curl them.
Feel them tighten.
And relax.
Allow any remaining tension to release from your body in the form of a gray smoke.
We'll take a few deep breaths in.
Exhale slowly.
And allowing yourself to feel this relaxation and sense of calm.
Wrap itself around.
We'll just take three more deep breaths in.
As we Bourne.
Gently bring your awareness and your attention back.
To the room.
Noticing any sounds.
Whenever you're ready.
You can resume your day.
Namaste.
