Okay let's find ourselves in a comfortable place.
And taking a few deep breaths as we place our bodies somewhere comfortable.
Where our arms and legs are comfortable,
Our joints at ease.
Next time we take an in-breath let's allow it to be slightly deeper and we can lengthen our spine.
Allow our neck to be in line with our spine.
And exhaling we can relax a little bit,
And soften into our seat.
Placing our body into neutral.
Where we've got balance between alert and relaxed.
A little bit of both.
And just noticing how it feels as we bring our attention inwards.
If your mind wanders it's okay.
We can notice,
Forgive ourselves and come back again.
So I invite you to bring your hands to your heart center,
Shoulders still relaxed.
And as we inhale we can draw the energy that is around us,
Towards us.
And as we exhale we can allow that energy that we've created in our center,
Allow it to run down our arms back into our heart.
So that universe around us is full of energy.
We can draw on that.
Inhaling the energy towards our center,
Our heart space.
Imagining our heart center becoming more energized,
Full of light or however you would like to imagine it.
Exhaling our whole body,
Our whole energy system becoming lighter,
More energized.
The breath is comfortable because we want to be here for a moment or two,
So let's not breathe too hard.
Just allowing the energy to flow as we breathe.
If it feels right for you it may be appropriate to allow some of the energy out through your feet or down to the earth,
Through your tailbone,
Through a root that you've placed there.
Just so you don't become too overcharged with energy you might want to allow some out down to the earth.
Whatever feels comfortable.
You can never run out of this energy.
We draw in as we inhale,
Allowing it to fill us,
Sufficient for our needs and any excess just draining away comfortably.
So so let's direct and allow this energy into various parts of our body.
Always being gentle and comfortable.
So if your arms become tired you can just allow them to rest for a moment,
Keeping an eye that your arms and your shoulders,
All of your body is comfortable.
So we can allow our palms to be over our eyes,
You might want to take your glasses off or you can just allow your palms to be near your eyes.
Allowing the energy to flow into your heart space on your in-breath,
Exhaling from your heart down your arms through your palms into your eyes.
You don't have to touch your body but you may choose to.
Imagining that happen however feels right for you.
A few breaths here and bringing your hands to the top of our head,
Allowing the energy to flow into the top of our head,
Feeling how that feels.
Just soften our shoulders for a moment and then we can place the hands on the back of our head,
Drawing the energy in as we breathe in,
Allowing the energy to flow into the back of our head as we exhale and feeling how it feels.
So let's allow our arms to rest for a moment,
Shoulders to be soft and taking a breath before we continue.
We can place our hands on or near our mouth and our jaw.
So let's see if we can create a balance between directing the energy,
The more masculine,
Assertive projection and receiving,
More feminine,
Passive,
Receptive.
Our throat,
Gently placing our hands on or near our throat.
So and for a few breaths we can wrap our arms around ourselves,
Allowing the energy to come in and flow through our body between our palms.
So Moving our arms to wrap them around ourselves the other way.
And then if there's an area of your body that would like more energy,
That maybe needs to heal or you just get the sense that that area of you would like a bit more attention.
Allow that to happen so you can place your hands on or near that part of you.
OUNDS So having charged,
Recharged our body and our energy field,
I invite you to bring the sides of your feet together and either cross your arms or put your hands on your heart center.
And you can imagine this as creating a circuit for the energy to move around your body.
So as we start to consider the previous year and the next year,
The energy is in a closed loop around your body.
So you are fully charged.
So let's bring to mind the year,
The time period that's just finished and the things we are grateful for.
It doesn't matter how small or large,
What's important is that we can find something to be grateful for.
Our perception is key.
Can we then bring to mind something that we achieved,
That we are proud of.
And to balance that masculine,
Creative,
Assertive energy,
Can we bring to mind the feminine receptive,
Allowing energy.
Did we allow or receive,
Embrace something of significance last year?
And noticing what comes up.
Notice if you make judgments about yourself,
All these issues because they are clues.
Clues to what remains unhealed.
And lastly,
If more likely when there were difficult bits about last year.
Are we able to recall them?
Allow them to be just as they are,
Difficult though they may be.
If we find we have self-judgment or judgment of others,
We get a second chance.
Can we allow that judgment to be just as it is?
If we can allow the event and our reaction to it to be just as it was or as it is.
We start on the road to peace.
Can we release,
Can we forgive and release that difficult bit into the past without dragging it forwards into our present?
And if not,
Know that's something we can actively work with if we choose to.
Turning our mind to the present,
Our body and our breath,
Our energy.
Drawing in a little more energy as we breathe in.
Being aware of our energy as we breathe out.
Before we consider the new year,
The new time period in front of us.
I invite you to create imbalance.
So to consider our masculine and feminine side,
Imbalance.
Where do we choose to feel?
What do we choose to allow and receive into our lives?
And to balance that with what we would like to achieve,
Build.
How do we choose to be?
What new experiences would we like to be open to?
And we can set an intention if we would like.
I am open to.

I Can we incorporate a sense of those energies into our field now?
How we feel,
How we choose to feel,
Can we get a sense of that now?
Even without having created the things we need,
We think we need to create to feel that way.
I offer the possibility that if we feel that way now the creation will be easier.
Without putting pressure on ourselves,
Just having a sense of how it feels.
And knowing we can create and return to that feeling,
That will.
Just for today I choose peace.
Just for today I choose trust and gratitude.
Just for today I devote myself to my heart and my work.
Just for today I will be kind to myself and others.
Returning our attention to our body and our breath.
And using our breath to energize our body.
Consciously allowing more energy into our arms and legs to mobilize them into our whole body,
Having a little stretch,
Allowing some movement into our body.
And returning our awareness to the external world when we're ready.
But seeing if we can keep the balance between our external and our internal world.
As we return.
