Let's make ourselves comfortable and take a few deeper breaths as we find somewhere we can sit for a little while without frigitting.
Make our arms and legs comfortable.
Exhaling and allowing our spine to lengthen a little bit.
Exhaling and softening a little bit,
Relaxing into our chair.
So I'm going to invite you to visualize 333 and that is a cue to physically relax.
So whatever way works for you,
Your imagination can show you the numbers 333 and that's your cue to relax your body.
Relax your forehead and your scalp.
Press your eyes,
Tissues around your eyes,
Relaxing your cheeks and your jaw.
Softening your neck,
Softening your shoulders a little bit.
Allowing your arms to rest.
Allowing your chest to relax.
The outside of your chest and the inside as best you can.
Allowing your abdomen to relax on the outside and the inside.
And if you're sitting up,
Just need to bring back a little bit of muscle tone to keep you up.
Allowing your buttocks and your thighs to be soft and comfortable.
Your knees,
Your shins,
Your ankles and your feet soft and relaxed.
So we're already at a deeper,
Healthier state of mind.
And I'm going to invite you to visualize the numbers 222.
So taking a breath and as you exhale visualizing 222.
I want to invite mental relaxation.
So we can visualize a place or a scene or an activity for us that is tranquil,
That is peaceful,
That is calm,
Quiet,
Maybe in nature.
And I invite you to be there for a few moments,
Enjoying it.
Feeling in a deeper,
Healthier state of mind than before.
So let's visualize now the numbers 111.
And that's our cue to go even deeper.
And I'm going to count down slowly from 10 to 1 and I invite you to become even more deeply relaxed.
When we get there we'll rest for a moment with our focus on our body and our breath.

Just noticing what this moment feels like for us.
So we're going to get some help to energize us.
I'm going to invite you to call in your guides,
Your family of light.
And if you know the names of the people you want to call in,
Please call them.
Or you can say my faithful guardians,
I call in my family of light.
Or any benevolent light beings who want to be here with me for the benefit of all.
Or any other words that sound appropriate to you.
Maybe archangels,
Ascended masters.
Let's invite them into our space and ask them to be close to us so we can feel their vibration.
Let them into your space if that feels good.
And see if you can feel their light,
Their love.
The love and admiration they feel for us and their wish to assist us in our human journey.
To guide us and support us.
And let's inhale that high vibration,
That high frequency that they bring with them into our space.
Allow it to fill our lungs,
Fill our bodies,
Our physical body,
Our subtle bodies.
Let's also notice the earth beneath our feet and the love and healing radiating from the earth.
The love and healing that the earth offers us in this moment.
Radiating from the floor towards us.
Let's allow ourselves to absorb that.
There's also light raining down from above us.
From the cosmos,
From the angels that are helping the whole world pouring light into our atmosphere.
We are surrounded by beautiful high frequency light.
Let's allow it in if that feels right for you.
We can open our root chakra to connect with the earth.
Visualizing the connection of light between our root chakra and the earth.
Grounding us,
Holding us.
And we can open our crown chakra to the infinite.
Just as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Can we sense the energy flowing into our crown through our spine into the earth beneath us and back again.
And we can allow our breath to travel up and down this column of light.
Inhaling to heaven above us.
Exhaling all the way down easily comfortably to connect with the earth.
Finding our place between heaven and earth.
Connecting heaven and earth with our human existence.
I'm going to invite you to visualize the light filling your lungs.
And diffusing into your body.
So crossing that barrier into your blood stream.
Filling your body just as the oxygen molecules pass from the air into your blood stream.
And it's transformed in our cells.
It passes back through our blood back into our lungs.
And then those molecules become part of something else.
The atmosphere,
A plant,
The rocks dissolved in the water.
Can we see how we are connected with the atmosphere?
Can we feel how it's vital for our existence?
Similarly,
Can we feel ourselves to be part of a water cycle?
Water comes to us,
It's part of us for a little while and then it leaves and it becomes part of something else.
We are not separate.
All the physical molecules of our body are part of the earth.
Can we get a sense of that?
Of our not separateness,
Our oneness with what is around us?
Can we get a sense of the energy that is in our bodies is not separate from the energy around us.
Flows into and out of us.
I'm going to invite you,
Now we feel more connected with the earth,
The plants,
The animals,
Even the rocks and the sky.
I'm going to invite you to use the three scenes technique to dream in what we would wish for the earth and I will guide you through that.
So we can place in front of us the first screen and this is the problem,
This is where we are now and we won't be here very long with the pain and suffering but we need to know where we are starting from,
What we are moving away from.
So on your first screen let's recall the suffering,
The dysfunction for ourselves,
For all humanity,
For Mother Earth and we will allow that to leave,
To drift into the past and we will bring in the second screen and with it comes a desire for change and we don't have to know exactly what that change is but can we visualise things changing in some ways?
Meditation,
Healing,
Cleaning.
You may like to do that symbolically,
You may like to visualise it very simply like sweeping up.
Whatever works for you but can we get a sense of things changing?
What are we building?
What do we choose to create?
In our own lives,
In our own lives,
What do we choose,
What do we build for every person on the planet and for the plants and animals we share it with?
And allowing that second scene to fade into the past and bringing in the third scene,
This is our outcome,
Our desired state,
Our vision,
Dare to dream,
Something beautiful.
What does it look like?
The wounds are healed,
The new supportive structures are in place.
What do our lives look like?
How do we relate to one another?
How do we relate to nature?
To the air?
To the water?
The rocks?
What do the plants and animals look like?
How does it feel?
Breathe it in.
For every man,
Woman,
Child,
Plant,
Animal,
Bear,
Sea,
The land.
We can allow that to fade.
Although we might want to keep a little bit of it that's tucked away in our heart to keep with us.
Returning to our body and our breath.
Resting there for a moment.
Noticing how we feel and whatever comes up for us,
Whatever has come up.
There may be discomfort.
Can we allow it just to be there?
And if we can't,
Maybe we can allow that just to be there.
So to guide us into our regular waking state I'm going to count slowly from 1 to 5.
And as I do that we can gradually,
Easily return to our regular beta waking state feeling in good health,
Feeling better than before.
