Surrender To The Pisces Ocean

We’ll become deeply relaxed and allow the peaceful, loving waters of Pisces to wash away our pain and suffering. Perhaps not for those of us who feel anxious about being submerged because we’ll dive deep and meet powerful energies to help us dissolve our fears. What do you choose to replace fear with? Breath that in from the water and heal.

Transcript

Welcome.

Please place your body somewhere comfortable where it can be quiet and still for a little while.

And take a few deeper breaths.

You might want to sigh out a breath.

As we settle.

Let's relax our body.

So allowing a wave of relaxation to begin at the crown of our head.

Our forehead broadening,

Lengthening as it relaxes.

Our temples,

Our eyes and the tissues around our eyes.

Relaxing,

Softening.

Our scalp and the muscles at the back of our neck.

Releasing our jaw.

Softening,

Allowing our teeth to be slightly apart with the tongue resting at the base of the mouth.

Everything being put into neutral.

Our neck is long and relaxed.

Our shoulders are falling away from our ears as the muscles become more relaxed.

Placing our arms and our hands somewhere they can be comfortable and still.

Taking a deeper breath.

And as we exhale,

Allowing the upper back and the chest to soften and relax as best we can.

Taking another deeper breath.

And allowing the abdomen and the lower back to relax and soften as we exhale.

One more deeper breath.

And exhaling out any tension in the hips,

Pelvic floor and the buttocks.

Soft,

Relaxed,

Releasing.

Thighs,

Top to the thighs.

Back to the thighs.

Still,

Soft.

The knees,

All the little tendons around the knees,

At the front of the knee,

Back of the knee.

Can we allow them all to release?

Just intending for that to happen.

Calves,

Shins and ankles at ease and relaxed.

The feet,

The tops of the feet,

The sides of the feet,

The heels,

The arches,

Balls of the feet.

Each toe and toe nail,

Completely soft and relaxed.

The whole body,

Soft and relaxed.

Having a check round,

Scanning round the body to see if there's any bits of tension left.

If we find any,

We shine the light of our awareness and melting that tension away.

As if that tension were ice and our attention is warm light,

Melting,

Releasing,

Relaxing.

Allowing the body to be soft and breathing.

And now our body is relaxed.

Let's see if we can allow the mind to relax.

Let's see if we can help the mind to relax.

We're going to imagine ourselves by the water.

Whichever water you would like to visualise yourself by.

However that looks for you.

Imagine yourself there now.

Imagine how it looks,

How it sounds,

How it feels.

And we're going to return our attention to the breath.

And imagine the rise and fall of the breath is rocking us gently.

Can we allow the breath to rise and fall naturally without our interference causing our heart rate to rise?

Can we allow it to do what it wants?

Just noticing the rise and fall of the subtle movements of our body as we breathe.

Can we place ourselves now on a raft on the sea?

We're completely safe but the rise and fall of our breath is the swell of the ocean beneath us.

And we lift and fall gently as the water moves beneath us.

And we are rocked as if we were a baby.

From our raft we notice the sun is starting to rise and it's painting the sky with beautiful pinks and oranges,

Blues and purples.

And the colours of the sky are reflected in the water.

The water is so inviting.

The water is welcoming us.

This is no ordinary ocean.

This is the Piscean Ocean and it's kind.

It loves you.

It's full of loving pink energy.

And you decide to surrender to its call and you slip into the water.

It feels beautiful.

And somehow you know that beneath the water you can breathe.

Try it now.

Go just beneath the surface and take a few deep breaths.

And you're breathing in this pure Pisces energy of rest,

Of recovery,

Of love.

And you surrender.

Surrender to the water.

And you are held in love,

In peace.

The currents of the water brushing your skin,

Lifting your hair.

Completely safe.

At ease.

And as you breathe deeply the energies of the Piscean Ocean.

You start to release your fears.

Your conditioning starts to leech away from you.

Your conditioning dissolving.

And there is only you.

Your physical body,

Your energetic field floating out in the waters of love and peace.

Breathing deeply the water of love and peace.

Sinking deeper into love,

Into peace.

Breathing deeper into love,

Into peace.

In the depths of this wonderful ocean,

In the depths of your inner being,

You are cleansed.

Washed clean.

And you start to welcome a presence.

The presence of Neptune.

The personification of the Piscean energy.

Of release,

Surrender,

Unconditional love.

Very high vibration.

Highest vibration of love you may have experienced.

And Neptune says to you,

What do you choose to release?

And what do you choose to replace it with?

And whatever it is you choose to release starts to dissipate into the water.

It is welcomed into the water to be reprocessed and recycled.

Back into source energy.

And what you choose to replace it with moves towards you from the beautiful energy of the ocean.

And it starts to fill you with this chosen quality.

And it gives you buoyancy.

Energizes you.

And slowly slowly lifts you towards the surface.

Inside the surface take a deep breath of the clean,

Pure air.

Notice the sun has risen a little further.

The light is white and gold.

Can you find yourself again back on your raft being rocked by your breath?

Yes,

I can.

And you find yourself smiling at the sunrise and the new day.

Please return to your physical body slowly.

Then we can take a few energising breaths and start to move our body.

And as we go about the rest of our day,

Let's recall that energy of deep love and peace and know that that is still inside us.
