So I'd like you to bring your awareness to your body as it rests down.
And we're going to just allow ourselves to take a moment here.
Maybe allowing yourself to take a natural inhale as you feel that you're breathing positivity and relaxation into the body.
And as you exhale,
Just allowing for that feeling of everything to release.
Any tension,
Anything you don't need,
Anything that isn't serving you right now.
And I'm going to go through just a guided relaxation with you.
All you need to do is listen and just follow my voice if you wish to.
We're going to move from body part to body part.
And as I name those body parts,
You may want to imagine that there's a glowing light going to that area.
You may want to picture that body part.
You may want to repeat that body part silently to yourself.
Just see what feels right for you.
So I'd like you to bring your awareness down to your right big toe.
Second toe.
Third toe.
Fourth toe.
Your little toe.
The sole of your right foot.
The top of your right foot.
To your ankle.
Your right calf.
Your right shin.
Your right knee.
Your right thigh.
Your right hip bone.
Your right buttock.
And take your awareness down to your left big toe.
To the second toe.
Third toe.
Fourth toe.
And little toe.
To the sole of your left foot.
The top of the foot.
To your ankle.
To your calf.
To your shin.
To your left knee.
Thigh.
Hip.
And left buttock.
Now I'd like you to take your awareness to your belly.
And then to your lowest rib.
Next rib up.
Next rib up.
Taking that awareness to your chest.
The right side of your chest.
And the left side of your chest.
Allow your awareness to move to the back of your body.
To your lower back.
To your mid back.
And to your upper back.
To the right shoulder blade.
To the left shoulder blade.
Now take your awareness down to your right thumb.
Now to the first finger.
Second finger.
Third finger.
And little finger.
To the palm of your right hand.
To the back of your right hand.
To your wrist.
To your right forearm.
The inside of the elbow.
To your elbow bone.
To the top of your right arm.
And to your right shoulder.
And now to your right collarbone.
Take that awareness down to your left thumb.
First finger.
Second finger.
Third finger.
And little finger.
To the palm.
Then to the back of the hand.
To your wrist.
Forearm.
The inside of your elbow.
And to your left elbow bone.
To the top of your arm.
Left shoulder.
Left collarbone.
Take your awareness to the back of your neck.
The right and left sides of your neck.
And to the front of your neck.
Now to your lower jaw.
Your lower lip.
The teeth in your lower jaw.
The teeth in your upper jaw.
Your upper lip.
Become aware of your right ear.
Now your left ear.
Your right cheek.
Your left cheek.
The bridge of your nose.
The tip of your nose.
Your right nostril.
Your left nostril.
Be aware of the area between your eyebrows.
Your right eyelid.
Your left eyelid.
Your right temple.
Your left temple.
Your right eyebrow.
Your left eyebrow.
Become aware of your forehead.
Become aware of the whole of the back of your head.
And the top of your head.
Now allow your awareness to move down to the whole of your right leg.
And now the whole of your left leg.
And now both of your legs simultaneously.
Move that awareness to the whole of your right arm.
Now to the whole of your left arm.
And now both arms simultaneously.
I'd like you to take your awareness to the whole of the back of your body.
The head,
Arms,
Torso,
Legs.
The whole of the back of your body.
Now take that awareness to the whole of the front of your body.
Your legs,
Arms,
Torso,
Face.
Being aware of the whole of the front of your body.
Now take your awareness to just the right side of your body.
The right side of your torso,
Head,
Arm and leg.
Now become aware of just the left side of your body.
Now to the back of the body.
The front of the body.
And now become aware of the whole body together.
The whole body together.
The whole body together.
Just let yourself be here for a few moments.
Now to the whole of your body.
The whole body together.
And now you're aware of the whole of your body.
Now you're aware of the whole body.
And now just start to allow whatever focus you've chosen to release.
And start to let your breath deepen a little.
As you inhale renewed energy into the body.
Maybe allowing your fingertips to start to move and your toes to start to move.
And if you want to,
Just making any waking up movements.
Maybe stretching,
Maybe bringing the knees in towards the chest and having a little rock.
Whatever feels right for you.
And then maybe rolling over to the right side and finding your way up or getting up however you feel that you want to.
