Good morning.

Welcome to our three minutes of breath and preparation for your day.

Let's start just by being comfortable.

We can lay down,

We can sit,

Whatever feels good.

Maybe allowing your eyes to close or just looking at nothing in particular.

Let's start to allow for the breath to just gently flow in and out of our nose.

That sense of the inhale and the exhale.

And as you allow that breath to flow,

Starting to notice maybe the quality of the mind today.

Perhaps there's a lot of busyness or maybe the mind feels quite still.

It doesn't matter either way.

But let's allow for the next inhale to feel like it's drawing a sense of spaciousness and clarity into the mind.

On the exhale,

Releasing anything that you don't need today.

Whether it be a thought,

A feeling,

An emotion or just clutter.

Inhaling and exhaling.

So let's stay with that breath.

Breathing in that sense of spaciousness and clarity.

Exhaling anything that isn't going to service.

Staying with that breath.

Inhaling clarity,

Exhaling clutter.

And now after another couple of breaths,

We're going to just set an intention for today.

It doesn't have to be anything big.

It can be just to try and find the joy in whatever we do.

It could be not necessarily to complete a task,

But to maybe work towards completing a task.

Whatever it is you wish to be your intention,

Just allow yourself to think of whatever it is that you would like to be your intention today.

And maybe if it feels good for you,

Visualize yourself completing that intention or keeping that intention.

And let's just take another couple of breaths.

And then releasing all effort.

Maybe reopening your eyes,

Coming back to the here and the now.

And I wish you all the best for the coming day.

Give one’s attention to our greater intentions however significant they may be.
