Good morning I'm Vicki from Equanimity Yoga and welcome to my Insight Timer Morning Reset.

Let's start by finding ourselves in a comfortable position preferably not laying down so you may want to be seated and allow for your sitting bones to rest down onto the surface in which you're sitting and allow your eyes to either softly close or maybe just lower your gaze down there's not too much stimulation.

This morning we're going to use our breath to find the present moment.

I'd like you to just start taking your inhales and exhales in and out through your nose just gentle inhales and exhales to start off with and now deepen in your inhale so you feel the chest and lower lungs so your belly balloons out with air.

On the exhale,

Exhale in from that belly area and the chest.

Taking another nice deep inhale exhale taking two more nice deep inhales and exhales focusing on that breath.

One more and just allow the exhale to go and let yourself come back by opening your eyes or raising your gaze and carry on with the rest of your day
