Valentina trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, studying intuitive exercises and hypnosis techniques achieving a successful connection with her higher guidance. She began studying Tibetan Buddhism in 2008, which sparked a strong interest in the subconscious mind and exploring the inner growth that can be accessed through concentration techniques including meditation and "spiritual" hypnosis. Valentina has been leading meditation groups since 2016. Bringing them closer to alignment and their true path.
