Hello and welcome!
We all have a dominant way in which we perceive energy.
So in this meditation we will explore and deepen this unique way of perceiving that you have.
When we welcome the higher frequency of love within us and around us,
Our field of perception opens up and we are able to receive information through our dominant senses.
Yes,
It could be more than one but for today's practice we will start to pay attention to just one,
The most dominant today.
I want you to know that the more you expose yourself to this frequency,
Meaning the more you exist and operate under thoughts of love,
Compassion and nurture these feelings,
The more your field of perception will open.
So I invite you to do this practice daily and then see if you can start doing it on your own without my voice guiding you,
Just letting your own willingness to experience the higher frequency of love inspire you,
Guide you.
Expanding your field of perception of the world and also allowing the experiences you go through every day to be perceived under a different light will help you change the world around you.
Let's practice this way of being by letting yourself flow in this frequency of love and observing the dominant sense that gets activated for you,
Accepting your uniqueness without questioning the process,
Just playing with it to experience you,
The you that you may have been covering up for a long time.
In a moment you will take three cycles of breath,
Breathing in love and breathing out expectations.
Yes,
Let all those concepts,
Ideas,
Structures that aren't serving you out of your body and mind and breathing in pure light charged with pure love.
Begin now,
Breathing love,
Breathe out expectations,
Letting it all out,
Breathing in love and light,
Breathing out the old you that is not helping you move forward.
One more time,
Feeling the expansion in the center of your chest,
Breathing love,
Breathe out expectations.
That's it.
Your body is relaxed,
Your mind is relaxed,
You are so relaxed that you let yourself go,
Experiencing the expansion you continue to focus on the breath and the positive feelings that are easily generated from your calming breath.
Now let one persisting worry or fear that you have recently experienced arise to the surface and let it be something that's manageable and identify the recurring thought that you may have experienced with this worry.
See the thought and recognize that this is just a thought.
The fear or the worry is deeper than the thought.
So I want you to locate that area in your body that you feel when you have this thought.
This could be a sensation,
A tightness,
Discomfort.
You know fear and pain are bringing a message from your deeper intelligence.
So instead of running away or distracting yourself with worldly things,
Let's stay in the body and tend to this fear.
What is really happening?
What is this worry trying to tell me?
And why is this thought coming back?
Maybe because we are not listening to our infinite selves.
So let's listen.
Now you may have found that area in your body that perceives that sensation or tightness when you have this thought.
Let your intuition receive the message that's being communicated to you and trust in the way you receive it because the fear or the worry is always deeper than just the discomfort it creates in the mind and in the body.
What is this worry or fear trying to tell me?
You may see an image,
You may just know it or you may hear it or maybe you just feel it.
Don't search for it,
Just let it arrive into your open field of perception.
What is this fear trying to tell me?
Allow the message to arrive in the way that needs to arrive.
This process is natural when we become one with the infinite intelligence that operates your body without your help,
The same intelligence that operates the universe without your help.
So just let it be.
Now I want you to see the fear as a little child needing attention and stay with that child bringing love and compassion.
Now let's shower this area of your body with light and with love because now you know that it was here to teach you something or to move you forward.
There is no need to get rid of it or to avoid it,
Just the need to let it complete its purpose.
Bring your attention back to that expansive light in the center of your chest,
Watching it grow with each breath.
Follow your memories of gratitude and the simplest ones are always the better ones.
It could be the feeling of protection that you feel when you are tucked in bed or the smile of someone you love.
And let these memories ignite the feeling of love and gratitude in your body and in your mind,
Touching every muscle,
Organ and cell of your body but specially touching that area where you felt the discomfort.
Feel the light washing through and expanding outward until your skin gets dissolved and the light moves outside of the body,
Encompassing everyone you know and also everyone you don't know because in reality you are not separate.
The voice and the messages from your intuition come from the same source,
The infinite intelligence that doesn't need your conscious thoughts to know anything or to feel or sense.
You let this happen in the way the messages are sent to you and the more you practice this the easier it gets.
Your trust grows and your relationship with the thoughts changes.
The thoughts are no longer your reality.
Your reality is the wide field of perception that opens when you are filled with this high frequency of love.
You will now come back into the room you are in and you will feel wide awake and alert.
Begin to move the hands,
The feet,
The shoulders and the neck and when you decide it's time you can open your eyes feeling alert and rejuvenated.
